SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF 01 No. OF 60 TR CHILLER UNIT FOR SEAKING SIMULATOR AT INS GARUDA, NB(K)

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable existing AC Plant from chiller system (01 x 60 TR) from the site Seaking Simulator AC Plant including compressors, control panels, electric cables, pipelines (both chiller and condensor) and all connected items and transport for deposit the same at MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Any damages occurred to the assets during the dismantling of AC plant shall be rectified by the contractor. 2. The rate is deemed to be included for making good to match the existing surfaces.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 60 TR with combination of Inverter & Fixed Speed Compressors or higher capacity Combination of Inverter & Fixed Speed Compressors Water cooled scroll chiller with Shell & Tube Condenser & Evaporator to maintain temperature 21(+/-) 2 degree working voltage range 360v - 440v along with independent refrigeration circuits including all accessories like Microprocessor Advanced controller, overload relays, safety devices, HP/LP cutout, single phase preventor, Thermostatic Expansion Valves Mounted on a single skid all as per OEM specifications. The rate shall include RCC foundation, vibration isolators, Nuts, Bolts, electrical control cables from LT Panels of suitable size as recommended by OEM and all necessary accessories as per OEM Recommendation. The COP of the Chiller shall be more than 4.45 COP @ 100% Load & IPLV shall be more than 7 COP @ AHRI Conditions. The rate shall also include control panel including all accessories for safety,power cables,communication cables electrical control panels,eco friendly refrigerant gas R410A charging complete all as per recommendation of OEM and as directed by Enginner in Charge. Note:- (i) The false ceiling along with accessories required to be removed during the erection of ducts/AC units shall be repaired/replaced to existing shape or as per site requirement and as directed by EIC. The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above unit cost. (ii) The work shall be carried out through OEM/authorized agency. (iii) If required capacity not available, the next higher capacity shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (iv) Any special items/accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of the work shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (v) Necessary PCC foundation for chiller unit and finishing works matching with existing surface shall be provided as per OEM specifications including replacement of LT control panel to equipment and control cables. The cost required for same shall be deemed to be included in the above unit cost. (vi) Any other civil masonry work required for erection and smooth functioning of AC plant such as opening in existing wall for duct work.closing of open area at AC conditiooned area with plywood /insulation materials return air grill cable duct work exhaust fan etc and piping,opening in ceiling for grills/diffusers finishing of opening to match the existing work all as specified including diversion/shifting of existing internal electrification work. (vii) The tenderer should visit the site before bidding the tender for checking the alteration works required at site. (viii) The contractor shall make necessary arrrangement for OEM Engineer site visit to check the better suitability to connect chillers with existing system and GAD shall be submitted duly recommended by OEM before commencement of work.

Supply and lay of insulated chilled water MS pipes class C heavy grade of size 100mm dia with hitech supports, with 50mm thermocol insulation complete with all fittings such as bends tees , elbows, reducers, flanges special fitting , suspension hangers, supports etc as required for installation at actual site conditions. Piping insulation shall be of closed cell content and the insulation shall be covered tightly with 24 gauge aluminium cladding. All the fittings & bends shall be finished with the same finish as specified by OEM specifications, RCC opening and wall opening, all disturbed surface shall be done making good as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and installation PN 1.6 butterfly valves of size 100mm dia as per the specifications and butterfly valve shall have cast iron body with black nitrile seat, with locking arrangements complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and install of balancing valve with cast-iron body 90 deg. C max operating temparature, built in measuring facility/locking device for tamper proof positioning flanged connections. Valves shall have connections with isolation device for portable diffrential pressure meter with integral seals flow accuracy shall be 5+/- neccessory insulation for 100 mm dia complete all as per OEM specifications and as directed .

Supply and Installation of rubber flexible connection of 100mm dia connecting the chiller/evaporator/condensor pipe line to the condensor of the chiller unit of suitable size as per OEM recommendation and as per direction of EIC complete for smooth functioning of the chiller unit without any vibration all as per OEM specifications and as directed by EIC.

Supply and lay in floors or fixed on walls and ceiling of condensor water GI pipe class C heavy grade of size 100mm dia complete with all fittings such as bends tees, elbows reducer flanges special fittings suspension hangers supports etc as reqd for installation as per site conditions, wall openings and all as per OEM specifications and as directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing ball valves, high pressure screwed on both ends in pipe and fixed complete of size 20mm dia all as specified by the OEM and as directed by EIC.

Material and Labour for auto air vent complete all as per specifications of OEM and all as directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing of pressure guages of dry type made of stainless steel of suitable dia pressure element assembly, bourdon tube, pressure connection, dial satin faced non reflective aluminium with permanantly etched scalemarkings, pointer: red or any dark colour material, windoe : glass, stainless steel U-siphon and 15mm brass body ball valve as per specifications for chillers, pumps and AHU or as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of dial type thermometers with stem with copper plated steel aluminium or brass for thermowell installation and of length to suit installation, stainless steel U- syphon and 15 mm brass body ball valve as per specifications for chillers and pumps, AHU complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of flow switch of brass construction suitable for 100mm dia pipes, all as per OEM specifications and as directed by EIC.

M & L Steel structural fabrication works fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,cable trays,clamps bolts,washers, welding ,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable heater bank system and supply installation testing and commisioning (SITC) of strip heaters of 2KWx08 Nos along with safety thermostat and humidstat arrangement, control cable and control panel,the panel shall be designed such that the arrangement shall work till the desired humidity is achieved without affecting the cooling inside the room complete all as specified and as directed..
