Providing ,fixing and applying plaster of Paris (P O P) false ceiling consisting of frame work made with 50 mm sq.M.S.Tubes of 18 Gauge thickness as main runner at 600 mm C/C both ways,suspended/supported with M.S flats 25 x4 mm from existing R.C.C Slab including providing and fixing expanded metal of size 5.25 mm x 1.25 mm thickness welded to main runners and applying POP (Calcium Sulphate Semihydrate variety ) to the expanded metal of thickness not less than 10 mm finished smooth to line and level including necessary supports ,scaffolding etc. and Chicken Mesh of specified apertures ,wherever required and also including applying coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer over the M.S.frame work and suspenders complete as per the site requirements and as per the direction of Engineer Incharge. ( For Ceilings etc)

Provding/fixing of Khatambandi Ceiling (Chaar Gul of ist Class Budloo Wood) of specified pattern in ceilings etc. including, necessary frame work work of 50 mmx 75mm size and other incidentals including cornice of size 3” x 3” of Budloo Wood and 12mm thick ply board frame in lining of Budloo wood underneath all complete in all respectes.as per the directions of Consultant/as per the drawings enclosed

Providing and fixing of Laminated wood flooring 25mm thick imported (Pergo brand) plank design 22 00 x 220 x 14mm/3mm surface/four way bevel (svalbard) complete as per specifications and directions of Consultant.

P/F of T&G planks made of Ist class planks pannel type in wall/wall partitions sawn and put up in position ( budloo wood Ceiling Joists of 50 mmx 65 mm in sections or as required at site). including cost of necessary adhesive & cost of nails etc. Complete job. incl cost of nails / screws all complete as approved by Engineer-in-charge (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete).

Providing and fixing Timber Jali Work with necessary grooves and chamfer as per detailed drawing / as per the directions of Engineer Incharge

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled door shutters (( Ist class Teak wood). with ornamentals( Teak wood) pannels 25 mm thick including necesary stainlless Steel Butt hinges /screws etc.Design of shutter and pannels as per the instructions of Engineer incharge complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing ACP Glazed partition as per the instructions of Engineer incharge complete in all respects.

Add for Hard ware fittings ,accessories of superior quality , and carriages of materials complete in all respects

Earth work in excavation in foundation of trenches/bulk Excavation in all kinds of soil with required depth including removal of excavated soil/slush etc. ,dressing of bed and sides ,dewatering (if any) of trenches till construction upto ground level is achieved and disposal of excavated soil as directeds by the Engineer incharge including all leads,lifts and Carriage by mechanical means as required complete.

Providing and laying stone soling tightly hand packed under foundations, footings ,floors etc. including carriages of materials from source to site of work complete in all respects.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing hoiting and fixing trusses, purlins, rafters, posts etc first class Budloo wood complete

Providing and fixing Track deck crill make or equivalent H.I. rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020 mm cover width 28-35 mm high crests at 250 to 255 mm T.C.T(total coated thickness) high tensile S.M.P Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 no stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on side Lapps for purlins support and anti capillary flute inside lapp.The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gms /sm) zinc/aluminum coating mass total on both sides AZ-150 as IS -1397 ,550 MPA yield stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of S.M.P over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end Lapp and using 8mm Galvalume hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all sides and end Lapps etc(.measured for unit of laid area)

As per item( 1. above ) for plain 0. 50 mm total thickness S.M.P. coated Galvalume steel of similar material for ridge, capping pieces at apex of sky lights/hips,valleys etc. including notching, turning down of edges of capping between ribs etc .complete(500 mm to 1000 mm)

Providing and fixing plained eves boarding of Ist class kail wood (300 x 40mm ) N/S with necessary grooves and chamfer as per detailed drawing.(ornamental)

P/F of 12 mm thick T&G well planned planks for roof soffits & Ceiling on wood work in false ceiling, partitions sawn and put up in position of Budloo wood (Ceiling Joists) which shall be paid for seperately, including cost of necessary adhesive & cost of nails etc. with necessary cornice of required size complete job. all complete as approved by Engineer-in-charge (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete). (soffitts of Ist Class Kail Wood).as per the directions of Consultant/as per the drawings enclosed.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and colour to give smooth finish with two or more coats on new wood and based surfaces.

Providing and fixing steel Gate as per the approved design by consultant/Engineer Incharge including cost of necessary hold fasts and moving wheels , rails as required including two or more coats of steel paint over priming coat of approved colour/ shade all complete as per the directions of consultant/Site Engineer .

Dismentalling of brick work / cement concrete /tile work etc complete job

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement:2course sand:4 graded stone aggrigate )finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slury and curing complete. But excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete . 50mm th. 200 mm nominal size stone aggrigate.

P/F of wall/ floor tiles of approved size shade fixed on 1:4 cement plaster 10mm thick finished joints with white cement and required pigment for matching shade (somany/kajaria) Ist quality 1. bath room walls / floors ,vetrified for veranda(2'x2').

P/F of frames for chowkats of doors windows wrought frame 1st. Class Deodar wood including cost of hold fasts , concrete block complete.

P/F of 20 mm thick weather boarding in first class budloo wood including nails, carriage, etc complete job
