Amount

The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 100/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 200/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work). (v) The subject work is to be carried out in multistoried buildings , Tenderers are requested to visit the site before quoting their rates and quote accordingly , no claim for anything extra shall be admissible on this regard at a later stage.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'b' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old surfaces of wall by using vaccume based hand held or long handle sander machine and applying one coat of cement based paint by using Auto roller or Airless sprayer machine complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted corrugated/’Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with Silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10 micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and over lap of sheets shall be designed for anti capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self drilling and self tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation. Screws shall be of “HILTI” make or equivalent as approved by GE, including dismantling of old roof sheets of any type and size Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 0.80mm thick, Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings(length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 including dismantling of old sheeting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire with 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., including dismantling old fencing wire complete all as specified and directed. [Each line wire to be measured.]

S&F in repairs concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil made from high tensile spring steel ,high carbon wire confirming to IS-4454 Part-I of grade -SM duly hot dipped galvanised 900 mm dia, over 10m openable length with galvanised coating and punched tape material as per IS-513 having 50 Nos rounds per 6m length (before stretching ) having medium barbs (barb length 24+1mm or 24-1 mm ,pitch between two barbs 35+1 mm) spring core wire (2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gramsm / m and fixing to Y or trapezoidal shaped angle iron bracket placed at 2m to 3m apart with 6/9 horizontal RBT (reinforced barbed tape ) wire stud tied with GI staples and GI Clips to retain horizontal ,including necessary bolts and coating with Px compound (anti rust ) including dismantling of old concertina coil complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: After stretching the coil the length of the compound wall or the straight length on which it has been strectched shall be measured as straight length for payment]

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, parapets, copings, bed plates, bonds and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 -W(Gde E-250 Quality A) , with gusset plates, rails braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing including dismantling of old MS Steel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including clits etc conforming to Fe 410 -W(Gde E-250 Quality A) including dismantling of MS steel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel Angles, bars, flats etc., as in supports for stiffening of fencing post struts , wall ties, hold fasts, clamps and similar small articles confirming toFe 290 Gde-E-165 including dismantling of MS steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new or previously un treated Steel or Iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer by using Auto roller or Airless sprayer machine complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC Coated M S galvanised chain link fencing of size 50mmX50mmX4mm inculding complete fixing of new line wires of 10 mm dia round bars including all fixing arrangements ,fixed with any of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wires including dismantling of old fencing wire mesh and old line wires complete all as specified and directed. Note:- supply only of new Line wires shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply Only of Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over for chainlink fencing/gates and similar wks complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of plinth beams and similar work for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, columns and similar work for fair finished surfaces of concrete square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, landing & similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia , as in stirrups, spacers and binders reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for M-30 (Design Mix) RCC using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls ,beams, columns in floors,roof , landings, balconies etc including of demolition of old RCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M-30 (design Mix) RCC using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns,pillars ,piers, post and struts etc including of demolition of old RCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M-30 (design Mix ) RCC using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams,cantilevers,lintels etc including of demolition of old RCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite work (table rubbed and polished) in decorative shelves, steps ,pillers ,jambs,coocking plateform etc with chemfering of edge set in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement with pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding,polishing including demolition of old stone slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone stone aggregate as in road / path, hard standing etc. with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels not exc. 9 Sqm each and providing 10 mm thick joints through out the thickness of road / path duly filled with mastic filling of one part of 85 / 25 hot bitumen and three part of coarse sand (By weight) with and including making impression of expanded metal whilst concrete is green complete including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in flooring /hard standing finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including of demolition of old RCC complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments complete over and including replacement of 50 mm thick sand filling with natural river sand under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation including demolition of old paver blocks and sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed block, surface channel and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L extra forming fair finish to drain or channel surface not exceeding 30cm inner girth in cement concrete with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30cm ditto girth for forming fair finish to drain or channel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of Static water Tanks of capacity exceeding 60,000 litres by pumping out the accumulated water up to the bottom surface and removing the complete silt sediment, sludge from the tank and cleaning with bleaching powder after scrapping the walls and bottom of the tank completely using wire brush and Preparing old surfaces of wall by using vaccume based hand held or long handle sander machine and applying one coat of cement based paint by using Auto roller or Airless sprayer machine to external surfaces and writing details like cleaning date/due date / tank capacity with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for writing details of "Tank cleaned on ______ (date)" with height of each letter not less than 10 CM (ii)An register shall be maintained by the contractor to obtain the signatures of users in token of completion of cleaning of each water tank and the same shall be kept in record duly signed by users ,contractor, JE civ and Engineer-in-charge , and shall be produced alongside RAR/FB at the time of payment.
