Supply and fixing 20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Minimum weight 15mm- 142gms / 20mm-210gms / 25mm-455gms / 40mm- 690 gms)

S & F Bib taps, cast copper alloy of 15 mm bore dia with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing UPVC tank adptor for 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing UPVC ball Valve for 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in trenches, including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound techinque and necessary machine suitable for upto 100 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construciton of valve chamber of size 90 x 90 x 120 cm size internal size including earth work, PCC foundation 1:4:8 of thickness 15cm under masonry in cement mortar 1:4 complete with MS angle Iron frame 40mm x 6 mm and MS cover 3.0mm thick with hinges and locking arrangements and holdfast including plastering of internal wall surfaces with cement mortar of 1:4 of thickness 10mm and coping on top of brick masonry with PCC 1:4 and 20 mm grade stone aggregate with thickness 7.5cm including painting of steel surfaces with two coats of black synthetic enamle paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Tank Supply Pipelines for Two Riser Water Pipes Uptake together fixing done with Pipe Supporting Clamping System having Profile Bracket + Slotted C Channel + U Bolt R/M System - 1. Riser Water Supply Up take lines 3/4" UPVC - 2 nos. from GF to Terrace Vertical Fixed line with wall distance 2" : Pipe Support Clamping made of : - 1. Profile Bracket Wall Distance 2" made of Low Carbon Hot Roll gauge corrected Oil Pickeled & Drawn (HROP D) Steel (IS 1079); material size 32 mm x 3 mm with ribs and notch are Hot Dip Galvanzied + Zn Al Flake coated having Salt Spray Test (Test method - ASTM B-117-2019) result above 2000 hrs with SS304 Hex Flange Bolt with Serration 5/16 x 3/4 (A/F 13mm) as per DIN 6921and SS304 Hex Flange Nut BSW 5/16 x 18 x 8 x 13 with Serration as per DIN 6923. 2. S&F sluice valve flanged type (PN:1.6) with brass spindle suitable for DI pipe line including all jointing materials such as washers, nut bolts, rubber packing etc and testing complete all as specified ISI marked for 150 mm dia pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Construction of valve chamber in brick masonry built in CM (1:6) with MS cover 1:6 mm thick & locking arrangement including excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil, PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation, PCC coping in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 plastering 15cm thick in cement mortar (1:4) applying one coat or red oxide primer & two coats of bituminous black paint on all steel surfaces including necessary earth work all as specified for 1200x1200x1200mm size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing Invertor type (MIN EER-3.8) air cooled split unit air conditioner electric driven single phase of capacity of 1.5 TR,Eco friendly refrigerant, hi wall split units indoor/outdoor unit complete with cordless remote control unit and auto restart facility, 100 % copper and stabilizer free operation, including excess copper tubing if required beyond the length supplied with AC unit and PVC conduit of 15mm dia not exceeding 2.5 mtr long for water drain and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar ratio of 1:3 and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Rate quoted for items includes cost of all civil work like cutting to wall ceiling, floor, filling with PCC, finishing the surfaces with existing to match etc, if required for installation of AC unit as directed. (ii) Required copper pipes for installtion shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring of two run with 4.0 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FR flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including PVC conduit and accessories of suitable size and fixed on concealed surface of wall/ceiling with cutting chases where required including one run of 4.0Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FR, flexible copper cable as earth continuity conductor in green color complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of LED post top (Smart G-3 type) with decorative circular design compiant to dark sky norms with polycarbonate opal diffuser and IP 65/IK-10 protection installed with suitable dia and 3 MTR length powder coated metal pipe complete with all fixing arrangement. Make :- Philips BGP161 LED2300/WW PSU 220-240V 7043 or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement PVC wire 1.5 sqmm 3 Core PVC insulated cable copper drawn through PVC conduit from light fitting terminal (concealed in ground) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase 230V of size 450 mm sweep heavy duty with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and as directed.
