SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P50 OF PSI AT PALAMPUR MIL STN

M&L for preparation for removal of existing treatment, all loose gravel cement mortar, dirt, oil, grease and foreign material by jet of dry air, roughening and cleaning the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. Loose existing bituminous material manually and with heat torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints & cracks and apply primer with SmartCare Epoxy Primer to seal the pores/cracks and enhance the adhesion of the coating. Apply first coat Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with Sun Reflective Index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength of 2.9 MPa and shall have cracks bridging ability up to 2.5 mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure, reduce surface temperature up to 10 degree Celsius with 33% dilution of priming coat. Laying of fiber mesh of 0.3 mm thickness weave in leno pattern having 45 gsm/sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50 mm and allow it to dry. Apply second undiluted coat @ 0.451 ltr/sqm. Apply third and final coat undiluted @ 0.451 ltr/sqm as specified and as per manufacturer's specification having warranty for 08 years. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F clip-in false ceiling system with plain steel beveled edged tile (600mm X 600mm) manufactured out of 0.70mm aluminium sheet having powder coating with 60 microns polyester paint on front side. Two sides of each tile shall be rised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the spring clip-in profile allowing for demounting of individual tiles. The rigid suspension system consists of rows of galvanized steel 0.50mm thick clip-in profile of size 38mm X 20mm and installed at 600mm c/c spacing to support the tiles clip-in profiles shall be suspended and jointed from galvanized steel 'C' channels of size 10mm X 38mm X 10mm with hold on clamps at spacing as specified by manufacturer. Suspension angles shall be suspended from the roof structure by GI ceiling brackets as per manufacturer's instructions and jointed to the 'C' channels. The tiles shall be held in place by pressure clips 'C' at spacing as per manufacturer's instructions. GI wall angle shall be used on wall of size 20mm X 30mm X 20mm and 0.50mm thick with matching the colour with tiles all as manufacturer's specification/ instructions and including necessary scaffolding incl dismantling of old false ceiling of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for water resistant crack sealant fibre glass reinforced water based crack filling compound, ready to use, very strong adhesion on all absorbent surfaces like plaster, wood, gypsum,pop etc complete as approved by GE. complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 230x75x12mm size brick-pattern exterior elevation/ wall cladding tiles as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement, grouting, cleaning and finishing of approved make and shade to match the existing tiles over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including dismantling old tiles (incl cement mortar bedding but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa machine bent to the required profile & radius,fixed securely with screws embedded in wall surface by groove cut in brick/stone/concrete wall any description and packed with suitable PU Sealant and making good including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for Hollow PVC Wall panelling Super heavy quality minimum 5mm thick, printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick surfaces or concrete surface,as on external surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of wpc including taking down cement plaster of any description and any thickness including grit finish on brick/stone/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Integral Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.)
