SCHEDULE 'A' PART X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES

Material and labour for point wiring complete all as specified with 1100 Volts grade 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FR-LSH unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking in and including PVC rigid conduit medium grade of size minimum 20 mm with all accessories concealed in wall / ceiling including continous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FR-LSH unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly including modular metal flush boxes concealed in walls and modular white plate covers with frame for mounting of modular switches/sockets/fan regulators etc complete all as specified for the following:-

One light / fan point controlled by one switch.

One three pin switch socket 6 Amps outlet on independent board.

One three pin switch socket 6 Amps outlet on same board.

One bell point controlled by one bell push.

NOTES: (i) Wiring from the DB (distribution box) to switch shall be deemed inclusive in the quoted rates. (ii) Sunken modular flush sheet metal enclosures & modular cover plates shall be deemed inclusive in the quoted rates.

All as per item No 10 here in before but with cable 4 sqmm multi stranded copper FR-LSH wire , 1100 Volts grade, unsheathed for one 3 pin socket out let 15 amps on independent board including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 4 sqmm copper stranded conductor FR-LSH, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified

Supply and fix power module 240V, 20A complete with 4 module metal flush box, cover plate, Starter, Plug & Socket all as directed (For AC point)

S & F Vertical triple pole & neutral, double door, metallic distribution board 4 ways conforming to IEC 61439-3, suitable for flush / surface mounting with provision for 4P MCCB as incomer and TP MCBs as outgoing, reversible metal door, 100 A copper busbar, fully shrouded neutral bar, earth bar, wire set & cable ties for cable management, pre fitted masking sheet, etc. having IK 09 & IP 43 protection complete all as specified in IS 732: 2019 and directed by the engineer-in-charge. NOTE : DP RCCB / RCBO / Isolator / MCB & SP MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less' than 1.5meters below normal ground level, earth plate connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR-2009 (part I Specifications) connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and adequate quantity of common salt & charcoal for alternate layer around the earth plate, including PCC (1:2:4) pit and 10mm thick C.I. cover with arrangement of hinge to 40x40x6mm C.I. angle iron frame, including 20mm dia G.I. pipe for watering purpose with the arrangement of funel and wire mess, including GI pipe of 15 dia for earth lead protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- The rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of earth work, excavation on any type soil and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 Mtrs, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for earth pit cover 6 Nos 6 mm dia CTD bar on both direction, earth lead protection GI pipe medium grade with suitable size from earth plate electrode to main switch, GI wire length up to 7.50M will be measured as one unit)

Supply & Laying of 150 mm internal dia DWC HDPE SN-8 pipes confirming to IS 14930 part 2/IS 16025 part-24, laying including all necessary specials, cutting and joining as specified and directed.

Supply and fix health faucet (Hand shower) chromium plated with 1.0 metre long easy flex tube 8mm dia with wall hook as per Cat No ALD-CHR-583 of Jaquar of T9940A1 of Parryware or F-8030105 -AB of CERA or equivalent of other specified makes,screwed for 15mm stop cock etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Two way angle cock 15mm bore,cast copper alloy,chromium plated with wall flange,fancy type,screwed down,high pressure,with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed

S&F vitreous China counter top wash basin of size 600 x 450 x 190 mm with 32mm dia brass chromium plated waste coupling and cast iron brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of valve chamber 450 x 450 x 450 mm depth with PCC foundation in the ratio 1:4:8 brick work cement mortar in the ratio 1:6 using of class B bricks , PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm aggregate at the top , plastering 15 mm thick in the ratio 1:4 including MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm locking arrengement complete with painting on steel surface with two coatsof synthetic enameeled paint over one coat of red oxide paint all as specified and directed . (Earth work shall be measured and paid seperetely in the respective items)

Cutting GI/DI/CI pipe of any size and reducing to required length before laying and insertion of 'T's of 80X80X50mm and branches for 50 mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED All in One solar street light fitting 5000 lumen output (180 Lumen/Watt) in built Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery 12.8V, 18AH with lifecycle of 2000 cycles, Mono Crystalline solar panel of minimum rating 40Wp, PIR Sensor with Colour Temperature 6000K, MPPT charge controller with dusk down sensor, 2 days autonomy with dimming profile complete incuding galvanised Octagonal steel pole of 6 mtr length, 3 mm thickness, 70 mm top & 130 mm bottom with base plate 200x200x12 mm and 64 micron, M16x600/EN 8 grade foundaction bolt, 1 mtr arm for light fixing & PCC foundation.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA (water cooler, refrigerator, deep freezer).
