Operation and maintenance of Internal and External E&M installations such as LT panels, building wiring, power cables, water pumps, water level control system, air-conditioning system, FADS etc. including attending complaints / faults/ breakdown, rectification and ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition including operation of 2 nos. elevators at ATS technical building on round the clock basis and maintaining all records as per PMI schedule of special conditions of contract and as per the requirement of works. (The contractor has to engage the minimum man power including relievers etc. as per the special condition of contract or as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.)

Operation and maintenance of Internal and External E&M installations such as HT/LT panels, transformers, power cables, pumps, DG sets, Air conditioning etc including attending complaints / faults/ breakdown, rectification and ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition and maintaining all records as per PMI schedule as per the special conditions of contract and particular specifications, in shift basis round the clock as per the instruction of the Engineer-in- Charge or his authorized representative as per the requirement of works at various nav aid installations inside operational area. (The contractor has to engage the minimum man power including relievers etc. as per the special condition of contract, particular specifications and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.)

Servicing of Electrical Switch gears:- Preventive maintenance as per OEM (L&T/Emerson/Siemens/Havells) standard of the Switchgears available in the L.T. Power panels followed by necessary relay calibration and submission of service report in prescribed format of OEM and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Annual Maintenance of addressable fire alarm system consisting of fire loop, 01 no. addressable panel of Morely IAS ZX5e and 03 nos. of Morely IAS ZX2e Fire alarm PC station with Visualized Software, graphic display in computer including other accessories like active & passive repeater panel, different type smoke detector, Heat detector, Response indicator, Manual call point, Fault isolator, Hooter, Control realy module, Monitor module etc. including monthly servicing and periodical maintenance and attending breakdown maintenance as per tender document from ground floor to 7th floor including tower at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata. (Refer Appendix -A for Engaging specialized agency and Appendix-B for Man Power.)

Dehydration of insulating oil for transformers through centrifugal oil purifier / sparkler machine and heating arrangements to attend withstand strength of 40 kv for one minute as per IS 355 - 1983 (uptodate ammendments) with submission of prior and post-test report of breaking strength of oil at sub-station.

Scrubing, rubbing, cleaning & spray painting of LT Panels, metal frame, metal boxes, metal surface in different shape and in different location with 2 coat red oxide primer & 01 coat of synthetic enamel paint of smoke grey or any other approved colour etc. as required.

Lettering with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture as per the instructions of Engineer in Charge.

Supply of RYB Indicator set for LT Panels of size inner Diameter 22.5 mm suitable to operate from 230V AC, 50Hz supply.

Example for quoting the rate:- (i)Agency Quoting Rs.9,00,000‬.00 in the Rate stands for 10% below the Estimate amounting of Rs.10,00,000.00 net amount will be 9,00,000‬.00 and payement will be made 10% below on DSR 2018 rate against items. (ii)Agency Quoting Rs. ‭11,00,000‬‬.00 in the Rate stands for 10% above the Estimate amounting of Rs.10,00,000.00 net amount will be 10,00,000‬‬.00 and payement will be made 10% above on DSR 2018 rate against items. Providing Commercial AC vehicle not less than 1400 CC capacity and not more than 03 years old (Scorpio / Bollero / Inova/ Tata Sumo) including necessary fuel, permit & necessary airport entry pass to run the vehicle inside the operational and Non-operational areas alongwith driver under skilled category for all days including saturday, sunday & holidays for round the clock basis throughout the year with average run of 100 KM daily for attending complaints, carry out the maintenance works related to E & M installations, attending breakdown calls etc as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
