Material and labour for servicing of HT VCB 11 KV alongwith CTs/PTs of current rating upto 1250 A of any make and type by drawing out breaker assembly from panel and carry out the following work:- (i) Cleaning/decarbonizing of all fixed and moving contacts, levers, springs using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, spring etc, (ii) Adjust the trolley in and out mechanism , (iii) Lubricating/ greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching & tripping mechanism, automatic shuttering system, necessary brazing, turnig, polishing of main and auxiliary contact, demoisturing of insulators, etc to be done (iv) Meggaring of IR value of VCB phase to earth NAD phase to phase all as directed. (v) Checking of tripping relay including interlocking if any.(vi) Checking of operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism, internal wiring circuit etc, tightening of all connections, replacement of HRC fuse, fuze carrier base (if any found u/s) including removing moisture deposit inside the VCB. (vii) Checking all end terminals, tightening the nut bolt and washers, replace the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers, draw-in the breaker, put in position, engage the VCB with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The cost of cleaning materials, HT Tape, thinner, cotton waste, monoplast, steel nut, bolt with double washers, HRC fuses, MCB SP upto 6 Amp, fuse carrier base, replacement of complete HT packing/gasket shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor shall isolate and earth the breaker before start the work.(iii) Servicing of HT VCBs should be carried out as per the schedule of shutdown prepared by the Engineer-in-charge. No exemption to postpone or cancel the work is permitted unless due to administrative reasons accepted by the Engineer-in-chrge. Failure of doing the work as per schedule shall be levied a penalty of 5000.00 Rs per job.(iv) The T & P items required for the safety execution of the job shall be arranged by the contractor and the rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Note:- (i) Relay injection kit required shall be arranged by the contractor and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of rent and labour for relay injection kit. (ii) The primary and secondary injection kit shall be arranged by the contractor. Rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Relay settings of VCBs/ RMUs in coordination with relays of other RMUs/ VCBs in the ring system starting from the power house/ 110 KV substation shall be carried out by the contractor under this job without any extra cost.

Material and labour for taking down one set of PT from HT panel after disconnecting both mechanical and electrical connection, and transporting to local workshop to carry out the following repair works : (a)Taking out windings, insulators etc, (b) Re winding, Varnishing of transformer after throughly cleaned to remove sludge accumulation, dirt, etc by heating, drying in oven complete. (c) Checking of insulator resistance by means of HT megger. (d) Re-assemble the PT and transporting back to site & refix to the original position, testing for smooth function complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing of HT 11 KV, RMU +C+ (Load Break Switches) each way and any make by carry out the following work:- (i) cleaning/decarbonizing of all, levers, springs using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, spring etc for proper functioning, (ii) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching & tripping mechanism, demoisturing of all parts (iii) Checking of operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism, internal wiring circuit etc, tightening of all connections, replacement of unserviceable fuse/MCB SP including removing moisture deposit inside the RMU (iv) Checking all end terminals, lighting the nut, bolt and washers, replace the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers, engage the RMU with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified. NOTE : (i) The cost of cleaning materials, HT Tape, thinner, cotton waste, monoplast, steel nuts, bolts with double washers,MCB SP upto 32 Amp, replacement of complete HT packing/gasket shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Note:- The inspection and servicing of the entire bus duct shall be carried out by the rep of OEM of the bus duct and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of all inspection and minor repairs to be carried out by the OEM rep.

Supply and fixing in repairs for Bus duct joint blocks of capacity up to 3200Amps and of make L&T/SCHNIEDER/ any other existing make installed from 11KV/433Volt transformers to Main LT panels at various substations all including replacement of necessary bolts/nuts/covers etc.., tightening of the bus duct elbows, joint blocks with tools recommended by the manufacturer all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The replacement of bus duct shall be carried out by the rep of OEM of the bus duct and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of all inspection and minor repairs to be carried out by the OEM rep.

Supply and fixing in repairs for Bus duct Feeder length elbow/Feeder of capacity up to 3200Amps and of make L&T/SCHNIEDER installed from 11KV/433Volt transformers to Main LT panels at various substtions all including replacement of necessary bolts/nuts/covers etc.., tightening of the bus duct elbows, joint blocks with tools recommended by the manufacturer all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The replacement of bus duct shall be carried out by the rep of OEM of the bus duct and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of all inspection and minor repairs to be carried out by the OEM rep.
