3.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :

a) The cost of tender document will not be refunded under any circumstances.

b) EMD with validity of 12 months (For security Deposit} or more from

Schedule bank/ Nationalized dank in the form which is specified in tender

document shall only be accepted.

c) The offer shall be valid for 120 days after the opening of tender.

d) Tenders without tender document fees, Earnest Money deposit (EMD) and

which do not fulfill all or any of the condition or submitted incomplete in

any respect shall be rejected.
