Supply and fixing of open weave woven coir mat blanket made with fully biodegradable coir fibers to form a strong quilted mat ( minimum mass per unit area 1000gm/sqm including bamboo nail of depth minimum 500mm at 1m C/C spacing as per the technical specifications. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (if needed) loading/ unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation including clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) outside the perifary of thechnopark The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (if needed) loading/ unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Filling with contractor own earth (excluding rock) in open areas in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge.The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (if needed) loading/ unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and planting of coconut tree in 6 meter centre to centre distance with excavating the pit of 0.6 X 0.6 X 0.6 metre size and filling with the same excavated material including the cost of coconut tree and labour/ machinary for excavation and back filling with required size as mentioned etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (if needed) loading/ unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Grassing with 'Ramacham' grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed In rows 15 cm apart in either directionThe rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (if needed) loading/ unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
