Earthwork in hard soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods upto 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc complete.as per the direction of the Engineering - in - charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete (measurement will be taken on finished section only etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete(1:3:6 ) in foundation and plinth below the base course of terrazzo flooring using 4cm (1 1/2")size black hard hand broken granite stone metals of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0'-6" thick inlcuding cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineering - in - charge.

Brickwork with Cement Flyash bricks in cement mortar (1:6 ) in Super structure etc complete.as per the direction of the Engineering - in - charge.

Fixing Vetrified tiles in dados,skirting and in rises of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile etc complete.as per the direction of the Engineering - in - charge.

Finishing wall surface with Asisnpaints Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finish smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of all materials labour T&P etc complete.as per the direction of the Engineering - in - charge.

Providing and applying Plastic emulsion paint two coats with approved shade including cost of paint etc complete.

4cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab using 12mm & downgraded size hard granite chips for old work

Supplying fitting, fixing up window ( Sliding type ) made up aluminum section 9778 as window frame, section No - 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5 mm thick black glass as pannel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangements including all fittings including cost of materials, all taxes, labour ,T & P excluding cost of glass etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineering - in - charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete vibratory compaction and approved size and design/shape laid in bed of coarse sand filling the joints with coarse sand etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
