M&L for taking down and removal of loose / disintegrated old concrete / plaster and applying 10mm thick bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR Bonding agent i.e. Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1 (Nitobond SBR 45) : 1(water) : 3 (OPC) by volume with the brushes etc to bind New Cement plaster/ polymer Modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with old surface etc complete all as specified.

M&L applying 15mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45 ) in proportion 1:3 by weight 5 litres Nit bond SBR 45 to added to 50 KG Cement with 13 litre water addition, finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface of ceiling, beams and alike complete all as specified.

M&L and applying two or more coats of 2 component zinc based epoxy rust preventer (Nitozinc Primer-M) on corroded reinforcement after cleaning and removing the rust from corroded reinforcement with the help of wire brush and treating it with rust remover (Reebaklens RR) including thoroughly cleaning washing air blowing brushing etc complete all as specified. Make : Dr. Fixit or equivalent. Note : Qty of Zinc based epoxy rust prevent or only shall be taken into account for payment purpose on the basis of actual consumption.

S & F in position 10mm dia and above TMT steel reinforcement of approved make including cutting, bending, fabricating, making dowel, hooks rings providing spacer, plastic or steel chairs including binding, welding if required including wastages etc. complete all as specified.

All as per item Ser No 4.00 but 6mm to 8mm dia TMT bar

M&L 15 mm thick cement mortar plaster in 1:4 proportion (added with integral water proofing compound comp last X421 IC on the Brick work / CC / RCC work or any other type of finish including removal of loose / disintegrated old concrete / plaster and surface preparation etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of RCC work as Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work including removal of debrises from site and cleaning the primises etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Remove salvage from the MOD land without any extra cost)

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in linlel upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, bands coping and similar works complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof, floor, slabs supported on walls complete all as specified.

All as per item Ser No 9.00 but in chajjas.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs etc for fair finished concrete surface complete all as specified.

Use and waste of form work to edges of concrete flats, roofs, floors etc and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work exc 10cm but not exc 20cm wide for rough finished surface complete all as specified.

Deployment of Manpower with material as on requirement basis for carrying out different type of Masonry work such as plaster work (upto 5.0 sqmtr at one place), repair/replacement of broken tiles fixed in any position (upto 2.0 sqmtr at one place), repair of brick work (upto 0.20 cum at one place), repair of PCC/hard stand (upto 0.25 cum at one place), repair of manholes, valve pits, pointing of roofs, repairs to jambs of doors, windows, coping and benching of chajjas etc, of various Md Accn & OTM Accn under the AOR of AGE B/R to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and as directed. Notes:- (i) All the bldg materials which are required to carry out necessary repair work(s), cost of transportation /handling of bldg materialand the labour element is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. No claim(s) by contractor in this effect will be entertained at any stage. (ii) All the repair wks received/assigned on a particular day will be addressed and completed on that particular day only (upto 1800 hrs) or any stipulated time given by the Engineer-in-charge. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend and complete repair wks on the same day or any stipulated time given by the Engineer-in-charge, recovery shall be made double the quoted rate from the contractor.

M&L for Cutting into old masonry wall built in cement mortar any description to form toothings for and bonding in new brick or stone work including making good in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces of any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and removal of debrises including cleaning the primises etc complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry first layer 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and second layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC 3% by wt of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. M&L for 25 mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite i/c screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for 25 mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in wall cladding with fixing of metal screws and set over cement screed including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20 mm thick screed /rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

M&LFramed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 or E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for carring out water proofing treatment for roof in following stages complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer in charge .:- (1) M&L for rendering 10mm thick in 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per MFGs instructions over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. (II) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.40 Kg/Sqm over plastered surafces (III) Second coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS -702 Grade 85/[email protected] kg per Sqm (IV) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE , other film 20 micron each thickness 1.5 mm having weight 2.25 Kg/sqm (V) Final coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702 of Grade 85/25@ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (VI) Final and top most layer of surface which will act as protective layer shall be of M&L for PCC padding 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B1 (by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and making groove 10mm wide x 35mm deep at a distance of 600mm both side and filled with mastic bitumen in ration 1:1 (sand : bitumen) complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of polyurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Quated rate shall be deemed to be included for the work in building/structure of any height. (ii) The procurement of material and execution of the work at water proofing treatment shall be got executed from one of the following manufacturers approved by GE : (i) M/s Asian Pains - Smart Care Damp Proof. (ii) M/s Dr. Fixit 647 Hydroshield Pud Plus or equivalent.
