Unloading of the bags of raw material and its stacking upto the height of 20 | bags at any place in the premises of Plant including collection of the sweepage daily by providing at least two labourers per godown subject to the satisfaction of the storekeeper.

Direct unloading of the raw material at the site of Intake i.e. haudi/hopper of Mash/Pellet unit including collection of the sweepage daily subject to the satisfaction of the storekeeper

Unloading/shifting of the pulinda of the packing material subject to the | satisfaction of concerned S.K.

Unloading and shifting of the wooden crates subject to the satisfaction of concerned S.K. /Boiler Attendant.

Manufacturing of Pellet feed, Mash feed, Mineral Mixture and premix by proper weighing and feeding of the different ingredients to the Haudi/Hopper as per formula and writing the batch No., date of manufacturing, filling, weighing, stitching and shifting of the bags of finished products bags into the godowns subject to the satisfaction of concerned S.K

Stacking of the finished product bags into the godown upto the height of 20 bags subject to the satisfaction of concerned S.K.

Loading of the bags of finished products into the vehicles from stacks at any | place including collection of sweepage.

Direct Loading of the bags of finished products production floors including collection of sweepage.

Collection of empty old Jute/HDPE bags from the premises of the Plant, their dusting & Cleaning by vacuum cleaning machine and segregation into different categories and put up the category mark as per instructions and to make a pullandas of 25 bags in each category and shifting and stacking of these pallandas at instructed place upto height of 15 Pallandas subject to the satisfaction of concerned S.K.

Weighment of raw material/finished product per bag as and when required for the purpose of test weighment

Shifting of the bags of raw material through their own vehicle from distant godowns in the premises of the plant to specific Intake site into countable form upto the stacking of 10 bags,

Shifting of the bags of raw material on their own from haudi /intake premises to haudi/intake point in the same premises

Grinding of different raw materials and filling into the bags of standard weight, stitching, weighing and stacking at intake site of Mash and Pellet units.

Reprocessing charges of the finished products including shifting, feeding and other operations.

Rebagging of new bags/filled bags into other bags and proper weighing and stacking in the finished godowns as and when required.

Emergent shifting of blocks of filled bags from one place to other place in the same godown/from open to inside godown at instructed place and stacking as and when required.

Shifting, breaking and putting the coal/wood crates into the Boiler for firing. Quantity will be verified & signed by the concerned Boiler Attendant and Shift Supervisor daily in the log book that steam has been used or not.

Collection of sweepage of the semi processed material from intake ditch, ground, Ist, 2nd, 3r, 4h. Sh, 6th floor of the Pellet Plant & Mash Plant and filling into the bags of standard weight and stacking of these bags at Intake site daily to the satisfaction of the Day shift Incharge/Mash Operator and he will record this in the Log Book.

Removal of sutli from twin jute remover, Intake Conveyor, screw/distribution conveyor daily upto the satisfaction of Intake Operator and he will record this in the Log Book.

To carry the empty drum for filling the Diesel and shifting of the drum filled with diesel from Diesel pump to Generator set & putting the Diesel into the tank of Generator set to the satisfaction of D.G.Set Incharge and he will record this in the log book.

Special Note:

Labour will be provided by labour contractor for uplifting of various Free of cost machinery from ground floors to other floors when required.

To clear the materials due to choking of intake/Batch elevators/Hammer Mill/Intake conveyer/Screw conveyer, distribution conveyor to the satisfaction of shift supervisor and he will record this in the log book.

Daily cleaning of the 12 storage bins to the satisfaction of the Intake Operator and he will record this in the Log Book.
