Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling / wedging out of hard or soft rock upto all heights stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 (three) meteres clear from the edge of excavation and than returning the stacked soil in 15 cms (fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:Foundation and plinth curing complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimeter nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundations and plinth: curing complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as under floor complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm (twenty five milimeter) thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for 40mm (forty milimeter) thick block curing complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point sixty milimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (sixty centimeter) overall with 0.60mm (zero point sixty milimeter) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm (six milimeter) dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing valley 60 cm (sixty centimeter) overall 0.60mm (zero point sixty milimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required curing complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)

Providing and fixing 15 cm. (fifteen centimeter) wide 45 cm. (forty five cetimeter) (overall semicircular plain G.I. sheetgutter with iron brackets 40x3mm (forty into three milimeter) size bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design. 0.63mm (zero point sixty three) thick sheet. complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors,windows and ventilators of standerd rolled steel sections ,joints mitred and welded with 16x3.15 mm (sixteen into three point fifteen milimeter) lugs 10 cm.long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15 cmx10cmx10cm (fifteen into ten into ten centimeter ) size of 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plug and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required and iron fittings,including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sesh putty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint. Fixed steel windows complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete.With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead,Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome. complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two costs (excluding priming coat ) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters Enamel paint other than white complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing steel pipe 15 cm (fifteen centimeter) dia complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete.110 mm (one hundred ten milimeter ) dia. complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
