Hire charges for construction of tarpaulin shade( water proofing) on posts and bamboo superstructure with wooden batten if required including cloth ceiling inside and out side wall with cloth lining and front, white cloth partition if required all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for retaining the tarpaulin ( water proofing) shade as mentioned in above Item no-1(Shed cloth/tarpaulin/bamboo etc if required to change and cloths should be kept clean and replace if required) .Note-Measurement for retaining the item will be based on per day basis.

Hire charges for providing and spreading jute carpet in area as and where required as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Hire charges for providing and fixing the wooden platform with minimum 19 mm ply of height 2.0ft upto height 2.5 ft with all supporting wooden plank/beam etc all complete as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

Special cleaning of Haj pandals, toilets, urinals, Wazu khana etc. picking of garbages , litters, brooming/ wipping etc. bydeploying requisite no. of gents and ladies labours and disposed off within 100m lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE:- one job comprises minimum 9 nos. of gents and 8 nos. of ladies per shift for 8 hours with proper uniform) Note : The Rate for item no.31 is prefixed for compliance of minimum wages of labour. During filling of rate in BOQ by bidders, the prefixed rate will be shown in the rate cell to the bidders and same rate figures to be quoted by the participated bidders.

Cleaning of city side paved area i.e. car parking, airport approach roads etc including trolly retriving as directed by Engineer-in-charge during Haj movement . (NOTE:-one job comprises minimum 9 nos gents labours and 1 no supervisor per shift for 8 hours with proper uniform ) as required per site condition as directed by enigeer-in-charge Note : The Rate for Item no.32 is prefixed for compliance of minimum wages of labour. During filling of rate in BOQ by bidders, the prefixed rate will be shown in the rate cell to the bidders and same rate figures to be quoted by the participated bidders.
