Including cost of all accessories, roller, gaskets, bushes etc., complete as per detail drawings, specifications and direction of E/i.

Providing water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of SLOPING ROOF consisting of following operations. (M.R.) 5) 1) Cement slurry with sika latex power (1 LTR. Per bag) and cement mortar (1:4) mixed with plastocrete super (100 ml per bag of cement) to get smooth surface. 2) Two coats of Polymer coating with Sika Raintite (minimumu consumption = 1Ltr. In 18 S.FT.) by brush on all surface and sand screeding on top.3) Layer of cement slurry with Sika Latex Power (@ 1Ltr. Per bag of Cement.) over polymer surface. 4) top surface to be finished with tile design (as per approved) with cement mortar (1:4) and plastocrete super (100ml per bag of cement))cement)Laying average 2" th. P.C.C. (1:2:4) and 3" th. Slope with Sika Plastocrete Super (100 ml per bag of cement) Curing minimum 21 days with hessian cloth/ jute bag.
