Removing and refixing aluminium grills of windows upto size of 2.0 Sqm including charges for reducing size of grills to match with existing windows and making drainage holes of 4 to 5 mm dia in bottom frame of windows at the rate of 150 mm center to center. Rate are inclusive of all material,T&P and labour etc and as directe d by Engineer-in-Charge complete in all aspects. (Upto 4th floor of building)

Taking down of plaster or stone of sill, jambs and head of the windows opening and connected vertical wall surface inside and outside the window opening. (Upto 4th floor of building)

M & L for filling the gaps upto 15mm wide between window frames and connected wall surface using low modulus polyurethine sealant with pressure caulk gun. (Upto 4th floor of building) Make : Redwop, Chemicals Pvt Ltd, Pidilite, Sika

M & L for fixing chicken wire mesh at surface of wall after taking down of plaster surface to enhance bonding of new plaster. (Upto 4th floor of building)

M & L for 15 mm thick plaster over one coat of neat cement sllury on chicken wire mesh in 1:3 cement & sand morter and matching with existing surface. (Upto 4th floor of building)

M & L for 10 mm thick plaster over one coat of neat cement sllury on wall in 1:6 cement & sand morter and matching with existing surface. (Upto 4th floor of building)

M & L for fixing the 10 to 15 mm thick 75 mm wide granite strip vertically after embading in cement mortar at sill of window inside the building. Granite strip shall be in single pice without joints. (Upto 4th floor of building)

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thich for laying granite on window sills in cement mortar (1:4). (Upto 4th floor of building)

M & L for fixing the 15 to 20 mm thick granite at sill of window inside the building. Granite strip shall be in single pice without joints. (Upto 4th floor of building)

Providing edge moulding in round shape for 10 to 20 mm thick granite including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish. (upto 4th floor of building)

M&L for two coats of OBD on new plastered surface with putty and matching with existing surface including preparation of surface. (Upto 4th floor of building)

M& L for two coat of exteriar emulsion paint on new plastered surface with putty and matching with existing surface including preparation of surface. (Upto 4th floor of building)

Errection of steel scaffolding upto 7th floor of building for repairing the windows. Width (parallel to existing wall) of scaffolding should be upto 1.65m, breadth shall be sufficient for safe working, sufficient bracings and ties shall be provided for scaffolding. Rates are inclusive of charges for renting/buying, dismantalling, tying the material, labour and T&P etc complete in all aspects. [Note - width of scaffolding (parallel to existing wall) and height of scaffolding shall be considered for the mode of measurement in Sqm]
