1 Base rates are provided, bidder to quote % (-) Discount or % (+) Accreation only. Bidder shall strictly quote as per price bid format (latest revision) only. Any bid not conforming to the price bid formats shall be liable for rejection.

2 Bidders are required to visit site facilities to make themshelves fully aware of GTL installations. Given Schedule of Rates (SOR) to be treated in conjunction with scope of work/services and other tender terms and conditions in totality.

3 SOR line item 3 includes scope briefly covering site construction management & supervision of construction works including inspection, commissioning assistance, store management, project management, contract management and other site related activities.

4 For SOR line item 3, Engineers will include all discipline engineers, HSE engineers, Planning engineers, Project Manager, Construction Manager etc.

5 For any additional RFP, qty. shall be ammended on need basis.

6 Any visits from Consultant's head office to the Project site shall include minimum no. of 5 visits for 2 persons (5 x 2 = 10 Man-days) for each connectivity project during engineering/execution/completion stage shall be included in quoted prices. If visits exceed beyond 10 Man-days, then it shall be payable as extra work in line with Price Bid Format. Any visits from Gandhinagar (local) office to site shall not be considered as extra work during the course of the project execution till completion of the project. No extra payment on account of travelling and other expenses by consultant shall be paid for visit to GTL office.

7 GTL reserve the Right to use the Technical specification/ QAP's for purchase of materials either through the construction (or) directly from vendors through bidding process.

8 Engineering shall be paid per km of the pipeline length of a proposed project. The total maximum pipeline length of a single Proposed Project shall be 25 Km.

9 For visit outside India (if any) the man-day charges and out of pocket expenses (including travel, boarding & lodging) shall be paid at actuals.

10 Contract shall be valid for 2 years from date of award. Further, contract prices shall be valid till the handover of the last project under this ARC to GTL.

11 Estimated quantities mentioned in the SOR is for evaluation purpose only. Payment shall be made based at actual on certified quantity/services. All invoices shall be raised in INR.

12 All prices are inclusive of all taxes, duties (other than GST), out of pocket expenses like travelling, lodging, boarding, local conveyance etc. However, while raising invoices, the amount shall be bifurcated to show GST as well as surcharge component separately. Proper invoices shall be raised.

13 Owner shall deduct all necessary taxes from source before making the payment and no further payment / compensation shall be made for such deductions.

14 In case of mixed supply,composite supply and works contract a single rate of GST shall be applicable.

15 In case of vendors registered under composition levy scheme separate charge of GST shall not be applicable.

17 GTL reserves the right to reject any bid without any reason whatsoever.

18 Price bid shall only be uploaded on (n)Procure portal in Stage-3 of tender. If bidder, at the time of uploading of tender documents on (n)Procure portal submits price bid in any of the previous stages (Primary-EMD/Bid Fee, Secondary-Technical), then such bid shall be liable for rejection.
