Maintenance of the Roof for 3 years Annual Maintenance of Retractable Roof available at Padikavali, inside Sri T.T., Tirumala for a period of three years. During the period of AMC, the following shall be done. 1. Visits shall be carried out monthly or as and when required. 2. General service of track and segments alignment, motor and busbar issues rectification, cleaning and leakage arresting will be under scope of AMC. 3. Spare parts not covered under warranty shall be chargeable extra, as applicable. 4. Replacement of any parts if required shall be carried out as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge at site on chargeable basis. Note: 1. The AMC period of three (3) years shall commence only after the successful completion of the Defect Liability Period (DLP)/Warranty Period of twenty-four (24) months for the retractable roof. 2. The Defect Liability Period/Warranty Period shall be reckoned from the date of recording of the final check measurement of the work. 3. During the Defect Liability/Warranty Period, the contractor shall rectify all defects and replace defective components covered under the warranty at no additional cost to TTD.
