Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping , of grid size 600x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick decorative pre -painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/wooden truss of any type including dismantalling of existing false ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Spreading, levelling, well ramming including watering as required in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick damp proof course in cement concrete M15(Nominal mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with integral water proofing compound to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formworks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring of size not less than 500x500mm over 20mm thick cement mortar (1:6) cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed
