PART (A) - Electrical Works

Concealed PVC conduit wiring of 5C x 4 Sq.mm PVC copper cable for AC units as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of 4P 32A MCB “C type” inside IP55 enclosure for tower AC units as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Supply, install, test and commissioning into Service, carrying out all for 3T / 3.5T floor mounted, Vertical / Tower type, Air-conditioning and Ventilation system including Indoor & outdoor unit stands, refrigerant line nitrile rubber insulation, power supply cabling between indoor and outdoor units, drain pipes including all connected accessories.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of 3 phase, 8 way VTPN double door MCBDB with 160Amps 4PMCCB (with neutral link) as main incomer and 32A, 10KA ‘C’ type TPMCBs in each phase as outgoings including all other fixing accessories as required for AC units.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of 160A MCCB with enclusure (160A FP 36KA MCCB with Microprocessor Based O/l, S/C & E/f Release with Spreader Links) and necessary terminal extensions for cable connection in the First floor of T&D building.

Supply, Lay, test and commissioning of 3.5C X 95 sq.mm. PVC Aluminium cable from the distribution panel in 1st floor to Hamsadwani Auditorium.

PART (B) - Civil Works

Providing and fixing double charger vitrified tiles of size 600X600X10mm in floors with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make like SOMANI / KAJARIA / RAK / JHONSON, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments including all materials and cost of cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) and hacking / chipping of existing surface etc.,complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of 10mm thick in skirting, dado with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make like SOMANI / KAJARIA / RAK / JHONSON, in all colours and shades, laid on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., Quoted rate shall be including cost of removal of existing dado and dispose the unserviceable material to outside yard, including all materials and cost of cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) and hacking / chipping of existing surface etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x10 mm of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA / RAK / JOHNSON having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in outdoor floors such as steps etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments including all materials and cost of cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) and hacking / chipping of existing surface etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing vinyl flooring of 1.5 mm of approved make challanger or equivalent (if required remove the old flooring & planing existing wooden surfaces) etc., Complete

Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM (1:4) to walls at all heights and ceilings, beams, narrow bands and widths etc. (if required remove the old plastering) including cost of all materials and cost of cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee), tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Applying two coats of putty of approved brands like Birla/ JK to Internal / external walls surfaces including applying suitable primer on wall surface after thourough scrapping and preparation. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved

Apply two coats of arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete

Apply two coats of weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands like Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever spiecifed by Engineer after through scrapping & cleaning of old surface including necessary scaffolding etc., complete

Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint on wooden / steel surfaces (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper) of approved brand of 1st quality (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including applying prime coat complete all as directed

Removal of existing doors of area 3 sq. metres and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc., and dispose the serviceable material in to disposal section and unserviceable material out side the HSL premises etc., complete

Providing sal / igisha wood work in frames of doors and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position etc., complete

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I), core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and fixed with teak veenering on both faces of shutters including Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws and providing lipping with teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured)

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel 250 mm X 14 mm Aldrop of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete to doors

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles of approved quality of Godrej or equivalent with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing bright / matt finished Stainless Steel 125mm long handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete to doors

Providing and fixing bright / matt finished Stainless Steel tower bolt (200X10mm) of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete to doors

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer of approved brand Ozone / Godrej or equivalent (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete

French spirit polishing of approved quality like shenllac or equivalent in Two or more coats on new works including a one coat of wood filler to wooden surfaces etc., complete

Providing signage boards (name tallies) with acrylic sheet (of names Exit (7 Nos) / Entrance (7 Nos) / Hamsadwani (1 No)) etc. whereever required and as directed by Engineer In Charge etc., complete
