Work Contract for maintenance and regulating visitors to carryout following works at various lighthouses under Chennai Directorate. a. Issue of tickets, Operation of Lift, Controlling of visitors., maintenance of existing garden including watering & gardening, visitor’s toilet cleaning in Museum & Lighthouse tower etc. at Lighthouses. b. Maintenance of tourism area including cleaning, sweeping, washing etc., and any other works assigned by the station-in-charge Note :- The Contractor shall deploy his personnel for the duty daily for 8 hours, ie., between 09.30 am to 05.30pm or as per the requirement as mentioned below. The number of personnel deployed shall not be less than minimum number as below at any point of time. 1.Chennai – 4 Nos., 2.Mahabalipuram – 4 Nos., 3.Dhanushkodi – 4 Nos., 4.Kanyakumari – 3 Nos, 5.
