M&L rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces as in wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in louvres and jallies, 35mm thick(measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Precast frame shall be measured separately. (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured separately. (iii) The rates include for the use of forms, moulds or machine moulds.

M&L preparation of new steel and iron based surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of old /previously untreated steel and iron based surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified & directed

Refixing of old gate in same or new opening, area exceeding 1.5sqm but not exceeding 5sqm each complete all as specified & directed. Note: Taking down / out of gate included in quoted rate.

M&L broken glass coping on top of walls in cement sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed

S&F mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25mm thick as in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L prepolished cement concrete chequered tiles, size 30cm X 30cm, 25mm thick, heavy duty, any tint, shape shall be square/rectangular/parallelogram or any other shape as directed, factory made, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry @ 2.5Kg per Sqm in floors over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of RCC/PCC jali/jaffri as in existing boundary wall complete all as specified & directed.

S&F plain aluminium sheeting, 0.71mm thick, alloy 31000 H4 as in wall for crumple joint, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified & directed.

For Credit Schedule refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
