RequiredAchieved in at least two financial years in the last five years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.4.16 Lakhs. Annual turnover certificate and balance sheet issued by Chartered accountant with UDIN Number

RequiredExperience verification certificate should be submitted regarding completion of study tour program worth not less than Rs. 2.08 lakhs in any one year in the last five years

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Above 4 star hotel accommodation and Quality food should be provided

Service of tour and travel must be providing for 03 people for 04 days 05 nights. (Providing Air tickets, accommodation, entrance fee travel and meals for 04 days and 04 Nights (including GST))

The authority reserves right to accept or reject of all tenders without giving any reasons
