Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 CM thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick, plain cement concrete, type D-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, Paving, surface finished even and rough to receive floor topping, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 1:2:4 as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30x30x25mm thick with grey cement and pigment and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor over 20 mm thick sreed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone sett paving of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over 25mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Sand cushion measured and paid seperately)

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for endura tiles, heavy duty type of size 300x300mm, 10mm thick, non skid, acid and scratch resistance laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floor, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade completed all as specified and as per direction of manufacturer instuctions / Engr in charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L PCC type C-2 1 :3 : 6 (40mm graded agg) in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finishes drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC type C1 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulders masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with soild block, exc 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L walling of random rubble masonary , uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:6.

Taking down cement plaster on Brick or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M & L for providing precast cement concrete Type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) 1:2:4 as in cover slabs shelves and similar articles with plane faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annelaed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 300 mm bore, laid and jointed with cement mortar 1:1 complete with collars all as specified.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 14653.33 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
