Supply of 400mm Dia Fusion Bonded (FBE ENCAPSULED) Cast Iron Non-Rising Type Sluice Valve of Min 250 Microns for enhanced protection against corrosion and lowest volumes build up in interiors of valves with SS CF8 Steel retainer ring, SS 410 ASTM A 276 Spindle, Brass spindle nut, SS 304 Fasteners MS hand wheel. Arrangement of safety equipments like helmets, hand gloves, gum boots, etc for safety of manpower.
Fabrication of MS Flange 400mm Dia made of 16mm MS Plate with holes drilled as required.
Supply of 400mm Dia MS Pipe Medium Class 7mm
Dismantling of old Sluice Valve and delivery header after cutting all nut bolts with Gas Cutter from the line including MS Pipe / Gap Piece down at Pump House after making working platform with wooden ballis / phattas by expert Heavy Labour.
Hiring of Long Boom Crane hydra for loading, unloading, Shifting & installation of Knife Gate valve. As per DSR
Supply of synthetic Rubber Packing / insertion sheet for MS Pipes and Sluice valves.
Supply of Nut bolts and washers.
Strengthening of Civil Foundation with RCC Concreting and required civil work for support of 400mm Valve.
Installation of Sluice valve, with nut bolts, rubber packing in existing 400mm line. Lowering with Hydra/ manual labour & installing the same. Making Collar and welding the same along with flanges & MS gap piece and connecting the complete system. Cleaning of dismantled material and other civil by manual labour.
Painting of MS Pipe, MS flanges and gap piece with red oxide primer and enamel Paint.
Testing and commissioning of line on pressure for any leakage after running of pump on full load and making good of any leakage or problem if any.
