RFP FOR SELECTION OF AGENCY FOR DEPLOYMENT OF BACK-OFFICE EXECUTIVES CUM DATA ENTRY OPERATORS (DEOs) IN BHUBANESWAR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION (BMC)

Enagagement of 42 numbers of Back-Office Executives cum Data Entry Operators (DEOs) in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC). The remuneration indicated above is tentative and has been calculated considering the prevailing minimum wage rate applicable to Skilled category manpower, i.e., ₹572/- per day as per the latest notification issued by the Office of the Labour Commissioner, Odisha. The payment to the Agency shall be made based on the actual deployed manpower, applicable minimum wages, statutory liabilities, and approved service charges under the Agreement. Any revision in minimum wages or statutory components by the Government from time to time shall be applicable accordingly from the effective date of such notification/order.
