Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc . including all carriages.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including all carriages.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including all carriages.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume High Rib profile sheets 0.50 mm TCT (Total coated thickness) having a crest height of 28-32 mm at 195 mm and effective width of 975-1000 mm and length to suit site requirements to the purlins using self drilling and self tapping fasteners of reputed make with purlin sheet using self drilling and self tapping fasteners and fixing flashings,valleys and ridges hips of colour coated galvalume plain sheet using using self drilling and self tapping fasteners of reputed make complete and as directed.All types of steel sheets shall be load tested to satisfy 1.1 times the design wind load and coating thickness to the satisfication of the site Engineer.the fasteners shall also be load tested including cost of ridges and hips of width 60 cm overall width plain colour coated sheets and valleys of 90 cm width overall of Pre-colour coated plain sheets of required size and thicknes complete 0.50 mm thick all inclusive.The Contractor has to submit design and drawing for approval on the sheet profile ,design and fabrication deatail before installation incld cost and carriage of all material involved from source to site of work.

Providing & fixing of 0.40 mm colour coated GI sheets for soffits with frame work of 2"x2" size placed @600 mm center to center both ways with imported Kail wood as per the design as directed including cost of nails,nuts and bolts, screws , scaffolding etc including all cost & carriage of materials complete job.
