Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 3 :6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of approved quality from quarry mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period .including all cost of labour ,material,conveyance,royalties and taxes ,sundries ,T & P etc. & including the cost of centering and shuttering all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size hard granite metal of approved quality from quarry mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period .including all cost of labour ,material,conveyance,royalties and taxes ,sundries ,T & P etc. & including the cost of centering and shuttering all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

BACK FILLING

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5 mt etc. including cost of all labour, sundries T & P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fly Ash Brick Masonary(1:6)(F&P) BELOW PLINTH

Providing Fly ash bricks masonry work using (250mmx120mmx80mm size) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/Sqcm in cement mortar (1:6). Immersing the bricks in water before use in all necessary projection splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. Including cost of conveyance ,taxes & royalties, loading and unloading of all materials & cost of all labour, scaffolding ,watering & curing ,sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Fly Ash Brick Masonary(1:6)(F&P) ABOVE PLINTH

Immersing the bricks in water before use in all necessary projection splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. Including cost of conveyance ,taxes & royalties, loading and unloading of all materials & cost of all labour, scaffolding ,watering & curing ,sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

R.C.C. M25 BELOW PLINTH

RCC work M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved grade cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including centering & shuttering cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C. M25 ABOVE PLINTH

RCC work M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved grade cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including centering & shuttering cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforcement

Providing, fixing in position TMT Fe-500 reinforcement bars for RCC work of required diameter of approved quality including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding and joining (if necessary) and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. work and providing hoisting, lowering and laying including cost, conveyance and taxes of tor steel and binding wires of 18 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all heights as per the specification & direction of Engineer -in-charge. (Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement.)

Shuttering

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismentalling then after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor.

Providing 2.5cm thick Grading Concrete (1:2:2) using 6mm size hard black granite crusher broken chips. including mixing, hoisting lowering and laying concrete and Punning with watering curing with cost, conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials etc. complete with 1% water proofing compound as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

G.I Sheeet

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Terrace Floor

MS Fabrication and erection work

Supplying, Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/ Tubular Structure (MS) confirming to Grade Yst 240-310, Tubular Structure:- made from steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL/ RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL/APPOLO confirming to IS 1161/4923, thickness upto 10mm) in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections, etc and applying a coat of enamel primer and paint , and including Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings issued by Engineer- in- charge and incorporation of Engineer-in-Charge’s comments on same, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting, threading, machining, leads and lifts upto all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc.

VDF FLOORING

Finishing the top concrete surface of flooring laid under above item by providing vacuum dewatering system ”Trimix” including finishing the top using power trowels to a smooth and fair surface.

Ground Floor

Rolling Shutter

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, 2 ball bearing, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

External Painting

Painting two coats with Water soluble weather coat paints of approved shade of approved make or equivalent over out side brick wall over a coat of primer, by means of brush to outside surface of new walls after scraping, cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour, watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Internal Painting

Painting with two coats of Distemper to walls, one coat of primer on the plastered surface by means of rollers to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc, All complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Plinth Protection

Making plinth protection 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

GALVALUME SHEET

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.60 mm(TCT) total coated thickness( tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheets roofing accessories (Make- TATA/JSW), 0.60 mm total coated thickness (TCT), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ 150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polester paint and coating of 20-25 micron rmp on expose surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer using stainless steel self drilling/ tapping screws of size 6x50 mm with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel plain washer complete : Matching Profile ridge (500 - 600mm).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :

Damp Proof Course

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

TUBEWELL ABSTRACT ESTIMATE

supplying all materials labour, T & P and setting up borring equipments including erection of suitable staging for installation of required size of tube wells, dismentalling & removing the same after completion of the work including transportation of borring equipments clearing & levelling the site excavation of mud pit channel etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Labour for drilling a perfectly vertical borehole at specified dia for a specified depth below ground level through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with down the whole hammer drilling rigs (650clm/200bsi) or combination drilling rigs as required to surt the site condition as per the direction of engineer in charge including use of own rigs with its accessories tools and panaels and consumaers etc for lowering of 125 mm dia P.V.C/G.I pipes for housing, filted with socket and with or without well screen as per the necessary for soft, medioum, hard and boulder formation (G.I/P.V.C casing pipes if required to prevent collapse of over burden is to be provided by the contractor including lowering and withdrawing after completion of (tube well).

Lowering the following size G.I/ PVC pipes with or without slotted pipes as per the necessity from ground level and fitted and fixed up in perfectly vertical position, including cutting and threading pipe and slotted pipe and supplying and fixing all jointing materials, tools and plant etc. complete and keeping the top of the casing pipe threaded including plugging tube wells to prevent entry of foreign materials from above.

Cleaning and developing the tube well using their own compressor continuously worked till clear and adequate discharge is obtained from the tube well including supply and use of all necessary equipment and labour as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of all materials, labour,T&P and Construction of cement concrete platform of IM II hand pump as per UNICEF specifications of 1.85 mtr dia with C.C (1:2:4) as per approved design and as per direction of Engineer- In-Charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, tools and plant and withdrawing casing pipes from the unsuccessful bore and depositing in the departmental store in good condition.

Back Filling

Sand Filling

Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand, well watered and compacted in layers of 150 to 200 mm, with top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, sundries ,T & P etc. All complete as per directions of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 3 :6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of approved quality from quarry mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period .including all cost of labour ,material,conveyance,royalties and taxes ,sundries ,T & P etc. & including the cost of centering and shuttering all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size hard granite metal of approved quality from quarry mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period .including all cost of labour ,material,conveyance,royalties and taxes ,sundries ,T & P etc. & including the cost of centering and shuttering all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

BACK FILLING

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5 mt etc. including cost of all labour, sundries T & P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fly Ash Brick Masonary(1:6)(F&P) BELOW PLINTH

Providing Fly ash bricks masonry work using (250mmx120mmx80mm size) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/Sqcm in cement mortar (1:6). Immersing the bricks in water before use in all necessary projection splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. Including cost of conveyance ,taxes & royalties, loading and unloading of all materials & cost of all labour, scaffolding ,watering & curing ,sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

R.C.C. M25 BELOW PLINTH

RCC work M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved grade cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including centering & shuttering cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C. M25 ABOVE PLINTH

Reinforcement

Providing, fixing in position TMT Fe-500 reinforcement bars for RCC work of required diameter of approved quality including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding and joining (if necessary) and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. work and providing hoisting, lowering and laying including cost, conveyance and taxes of tor steel and binding wires of 18 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all heights as per the specification & direction of Engineer -in-charge. (Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement.)

Shuttering

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismentalling then after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor.

G.I Sheeet

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

MS Fabrication and erection work

Supplying, Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/ Tubular Structure (MS) confirming to Grade Yst 240-310, Tubular Structure:- made from steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL/ RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL/APPOLO confirming to IS 1161/4923, thickness upto 10mm) in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections, etc and applying a coat of enamel primer and paint , and including Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings issued by Engineer- in- charge and incorporation of Engineer-in-Charge’s comments on same, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting, threading, machining, leads and lifts upto all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc.

VDF FLOORING

Finishing the top concrete surface of flooring laid under above item by providing vacuum dewatering system ”Trimix” including finishing the top using power trowels to a smooth and fair surface.

Rolling Shutter

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, 2 ball bearing, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

External Painting

Painting two coats with Water soluble weather coat paints of approved shade of approved make or equivalent over out side brick wall over a coat of primer, by means of brush to outside surface of new walls after scraping, cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour, watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Internal Painting

Painting with two coats of Distemper to walls, one coat of primer on the plastered surface by means of rollers to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc, All complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Plinth Protection

Making plinth protection 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

GALVALUME SHEET

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.60 mm(TCT) total coated thickness( tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant.

TUBEWELL ABSTRACT ESTIMATE

supplying all materials labour, T & P and setting up borring equipments including erection of suitable staging for installation of required size of tube wells, dismentalling & removing the same after completion of the work including transportation of borring equipments clearing & levelling the site excavation of mud pit channel etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Labour for drilling a perfectly vertical borehole at specified dia for a specified depth below ground level through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with down the whole hammer drilling rigs (650clm/200bsi) or combination drilling rigs as required to surt the site condition as per the direction of engineer in charge including use of own rigs with its accessories tools and panaels and consumaers etc for lowering of 125 mm dia P.V.C/G.I pipes for housing, filted with socket and with or without well screen as per the necessary for soft, medioum, hard and boulder formation (G.I/P.V.C casing pipes if required to prevent collapse of over burden is to be provided by the contractor including lowering and withdrawing after completion of (tube well).

Lowering the following size G.I/ PVC pipes with or without slotted pipes as per the necessity from ground level and fitted and fixed up in perfectly vertical position, including cutting and threading pipe and slotted pipe and supplying and fixing all jointing materials, tools and plant etc. complete and keeping the top of the casing pipe threaded including plugging tube wells to prevent entry of foreign materials from above.

Cleaning and developing the tube well using their own compressor continuously worked till clear and adequate discharge is obtained from the tube well including supply and use of all necessary equipment and labour as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of all materials, labour,T&P and Construction of cement concrete platform of IM II hand pump as per UNICEF specifications of 1.85 mtr dia with C.C (1:2:4) as per approved design and as per direction of Engineer- In-Charge.
