M&L for painting of steel tubular electric pole type 410 SP-22 (09 mtr long) with two coats of aluminium paint over priming coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface and writing pole number in yellow background with black letters (with thick paint) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note :- Painting shall be done on exposed surface of the pole i.e excluding the portion embeded in foundation & coping.

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surfaces with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with black bituminous paint) from plinth block and numbering of poles, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Dismantling of old ACSR conductor or service feeder distribution span and S&F in repair ACSR conductor of (weasel) 6/2.59, straching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires,jumpers including fixing on insulators on each poles in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F ( in repairs) Galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia. Continuous bearer wire ( earth wire) on poles for HT/LT feeer over head lines, all as specified.

S&F insulator Shackle type, Porcelain vitreous , white, brown, white or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts ; 1100 Volts working pressure, 75 mm height, 90 mm Maximum dia., with 31x3 mm galvanised steel straps and 12 mm dia. of bolts complete all as specified.

S&F Insulator Pin type, pocrcelain , vitreous, white , brown or green, insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut , 100 mm height, 65 mm dia. For 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing GI tubes light grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall 50mm dia

Lt spacer 4 ways made out of PVC material and suitable to work on 1100 volts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sub main wiring with 2 run single core of 1.5 Sq mm insulated FR copper conductor 1100 V grade multi-stranded cable in stove enamalled black rigid steel conduit with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor as earth wire and connected to earth duly including black rigid steel conduit pipe including tees, bends, elbows, couplers, junctions etc including making good the disturb sufrace to mach the existing specifications

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 11,685.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
