Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete. (DSR 16.11)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand :8 gradded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size (DSR 4.1.8)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement (DSR 11.20.3)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, upto plinth level. 1:1:5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (DSR 5.1.2)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillara, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1:5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (DSR 5.2.2)

6 mm thick plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) (DSR 13.16.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work ( Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr / 10 sqm ) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg /10 sqm. (DSR 13.46.1)

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar in breast wall, retaining wall, parapets, scuppers etc. including supply of all materials, labour, T&P and royalities etc. required for proper completion of work. (As per PWD Uttarakhand spesifications) (SOR- Miscs. 1-4)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (DSR 7.1.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 gradded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size (DSR 4.1.3)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. (DSR 11.3.1)

12 mm Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) (DSR 13.7.1)

Note:- 1. No cartage shall be paid extra. The work will be executed as per agreement of shedule G and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge if the contractor executes any work beyond the quantity mentioned in schedule 'G' without the written order of the Engineer in such case these extra quantities shall be accepted by the department. 2. Royality for sand & stone is deemed including in the rate and the contractor shall pay for them himself and certify to that effect.
