Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating and refixing in post holes (or similar holes) in hard dense soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,watering and removing surplus sol to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) nominal mix type C-2 (using 40 mm grade aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass Concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) in precast post,fencing post,straining or terminal post,struts etc for fencing,average sectional area exc 100 and n exc 250 sqm with or without chamfered angles and flat ,splayed,rounded or mitred tops as direct and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire. Note-MS Flat & MS bar to be measured and paid separately

Supply only chain link MS Galvanized fencing size or type 75mm x 75mm with 4mm dia wire incl line wire and any type of standarded rails standard bolts incl binding wire (if minimum weight is not available then contractor has to provide next higher weight without extra cost)

M & L MS round bars 10mm dia conferming to Fe-410W or Fe310 fixed indipendantely , including , hooking ends fixing chain link fencing as in bearing bars and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia of securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement of fencing posts,colums,plinth beams in fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.9 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Mild steel works with angle iron,flat iron etc as in posts,struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered or concrete surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F 6 to12mm dia MS bolt made) of length exc 10 cm but not exc 15cm with one washer and one nut complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation surfaces of any description n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide(Zinc chrome) including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of MS work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F Hand rails, Half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion , drilled and countersunk for balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed,drilling holes,notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F MS Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work or of any other section including ornmental CI items for Portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges,stops ,hand-made sliding bolts etc posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortor or cement lime mortor incl all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Pre cast cement concrete block type C1in 1:3:6 Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 CM in widdth and setting in CM 1;6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on the external surfaces of brick work/Stone or concrete surface finishing fair and even without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide / zinc primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered and unplastered or concrete surfaces and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
