M & L for Dewatering Water from Pressed Steel Storage Water Tank 46800 Litre Capacity, having 12.00 Metre High Steel Stagging, Cleaning and Removing all Mosses, Algae, Dirts, etc. from the Walls & Floor of Water Tank, Removal of Dirty Water with Sludges and disposed off from the Site as diredted, Rubbing Walls, Floor, Ceilling surfaces with Gunny Bag after sprinkling of Bleaching Powder and Wash thoroughly with Fresh Water including Cleaning of Outlet Pipes, Stop Valves, Gate Valves by Taking out Pipe Lines with Stop Valves, Gate Valves, etc. and all Accessories, Re-fixing the same after Cleaning including Float Valve with Float Arm to Original Position, Writing Letters "TANK CLEANED ON : DD.MM.YYYY" (i.e. Date of Cleaning), exc. 100mm but not exc. 200mm in height and 15mm in wide with White Paint on Black Back ground on the Front/ Road Side/Face of the Tank, complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for PreparatM & L for painting of Pressed Steel Storage Water Tank 46800 Litre Capacity, at existing staging of 12 mtr from the ground level including high steel stagging, removing rust etc from surfaces of storage tank of outer walls and steel stagging by rubbing with emery paper/ wire brush and applyng two coats of aluminium paint over outer area of tank and steel stagging with two coat blue colour synthetic enamle paint, applying one coat of black bituminous paint to inside portion of storage tank and all connecting accossories like all GI pipes, valves and other fittings with matching existing colours of red, yellow, blue,green for riser, overflow, washout and dilivery water supply piping network with direction flow arrow complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for cleaning of PVC Building service tanks of capacity 5000 litres situated at various places by removing the float valve of any size carefully and keeping it safe for refixing, inspecting the float valves, check nuts and nipples for serviceability, inspecting the tanks for cracks if any, bailing out the accumulated water at the bottom and removing the complete silt from the bottom of the tank and thereafter cleaning and rubbing inner surface using bleaching powder and wire brushes, taking out all scales, dirt etc. and cleaning of tank with fresh water including writing on the out side of the tank “CLEANDED ON: DD/MM/YY” with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 10cm high in white color, over a black background of appropriate size, refixing of float valve and check nuts etc including dismantling and reconnecting and refixing in psoition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Dewatering of RCC Semi underground sump for Raw/Treated water of size 17.5m x 5.6m x 3.5m, Cleaning and Removing all Mosses, Algae, Dirts, etc. from the Walls & Floor of sump, Removal of Dirty Water with Sludges and disposed off from the Site as directed, Rubbing Walls, Floor, Ceilling surfaces with Gunny Bag after sprinkling of Bleaching Powder and Wash thoroughly with Fresh Water including Cleaning of Outlet Pipes, Stop Valves, Gate Valves by Taking out Pipe Lines with Stop Valves, Gate Valves, etc. and all Accessories, Re-fixing the same after Cleaning including Float Valve with Float Arm to Original Position, Writing Letters "TANK CLEANED ON : DD.MM.YYYY" (i.e. Date of Cleaning), exc. 100mm but not exc. 200mm in height and 15mm in wide with White Paint on Black Back ground on the Front/ Road Side/Face of the Tank, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

Taking up or down 25 or 32 mm bore, Steel/PPR tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.
