Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil lift upto all height, stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(One cement :Six sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.

Squarred rubble stone masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking out of joints in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) within all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (IInd class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) within all leads and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearstory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position in 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing glazed and panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows & clear story windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using glavanised MS wire gauge of IS gauge destination 85 G with wire of dia 0.56mm for doors, windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood (40mm thick) within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts.

Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels:-Sides and soffits of beam haunching cantilever, girder, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1.00 meter in depth within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (One cement : Two sand : Four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floor, roofs landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement:one & half sand:three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-.

Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level.

40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4( One cement:two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size laid in one layer and finished with a floating coat of neat cement within all leads and lifts.

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of bricks /stone masonary for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) within all leads and lifts.

6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3(One cement :three sand) within all leads and lifts .

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6(One cement : Three sand : Six graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.

Applying two coat of wood preservative on new wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil dirt grease and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads and lifts.

Applying a priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil dirt grease and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on un-decorated wall surfaces( two coats) to give an even shade, including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar, dust and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts.

Himachi colour wash on undecorated wall surface two coats to give and even shade i/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dir, dust mortar and other foreign matter complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing MS fan clamp type-I of 16 mm dia MS bar bend to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop as per standard design within all leads and lifts.

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (One cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of following anodized alluminium fittings of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screws etc. within all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un- decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth within all leads and lifts.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar in 1:3( One cement : three sand) (flush pointing) within all leads and lifts.
