Demolishing RCC work manually/by mechanical means i/c stacking of steel bars & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead as per direction of E/I.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Cold twisted bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Arches, domes, vaults up to 6 m span.

Extra for arches, domes, vaults exceeding 6m span.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Painting on OHT G.I. pipe Ralling of 25 mm dia pipe angle post and CI pipe 200mm, 300mm 350mm 400mm and CI sluice valve i/c S/f G.I. Pipe 25mm dia at damage part of railing complete in all respect.

Guniting with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) of required thickness (not less than 25 mm thick) with minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqm. to walls, columns, beams, balconies and ceiling over welded wire mesh of 10 gauge MS wire having welded wire mesh size 100x100 mm tied with binding wire i/c dismentling of loosed cement concrete of ceiling, beams, columns etc. and cleaning the existing surface/reinforcement etc. by means sand blasting with coarse sand followed by cleaning with oil free air blast i/c disposal of malba to the dumping ground withiin a lead of 50 m complete as per direction of E/I i/c providing, mixing and applying cement based polymer modified bonding slurry made of cement and polymer as per specification and directin of E/I.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications i/c appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete on steel work.
