Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for taking up/ laying cable/ pipe etc complete all as apecified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand cushioning to underground cable with screened, washed river sand, including punning gently complete all as apecified and as directed. Note:- Thickness after punning will be measured for payment.

Supply and lay burnt brick sub class `B' old size in trenches abouting each other width equal to length of brick etc complete all as apecified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm for soft/ loose soil complete all as apecified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material at a distance not exc 50 mtr and dipositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point for soft/ loose soil complete all as apecified and as directed.

Laying only burnt bricks (old size) retrieved from respective items of this schedule, laid in trenches as cable protection complete all as apecified and as directed.

Labour only for boring under road/ drain by manual method for inserting the light grade pipe GI tubing up to 50mm dia for cable protection complete all as apecified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches in road cross/ floors 40mm bore tube galvanished iron light grade with all fittings for protection of cable complete all as apecified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches in road cross/ floors 50mm bore tube galvanished iron light grade with all fittings for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in repairs XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core laid in trenches/ duct passing through pipe/ duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as apecified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and lay in repairs and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, of size 25 Sqmm, 4 Core laid in trenches/ duct passing through pipe/ duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as apecified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and lay in repairs and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, of size 35 Sqmm, 3.5 Core laid in trenches/ duct passing through pipe/ duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as apecified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and lay in repairs and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with standerd aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, of size 50 Sqmm, 3.5 Core laid in trenches/ duct passing through pipe/ duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as apecified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and lay in repairs and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with standerd aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, of size 70 Sqmm, 3.5 Core laid in trenches/ duct passing through pipe/ duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as apecified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

S&F 2.5 Sqmm, 2 core PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor flexible cable 1100 Volts grade from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 1.5 Sqmm, 2 core PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor flexible cable 1100 Volts grade from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm and 2.5 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade from junction box after disconnecting from MCB in PVC Junction box and opening the connections from top of the street light fitting from the pole 09/ 11 mtr height and from existing building security lights complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for opening the existing cable connections from existing junction boxes of street light poles, post top lanterns and building security lights and refixing the same with newly fitted lugs of appropriate size 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 70 and 95 as the case may be, by opening the existing loop of cable in the roots of street light pole and making the connections new by peeling the insulation with strapper, making proper connections of cable in bus bar of junction box by fixing the new Nut bolts/studs and making flexible wire connection in MCB, MCB should be fixed properly also the junction box covers should be closed in proper manner and fixing the junction boxes on the clamp on the pole by bolts complete all as specifeid and as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Necessary excavation work for opening the loop and return filling of the excavated material, lugs of appropriate sizes, Nut bolts and tape roll box and other associated works will be the part of this Job and no additional cost will be paid to the contractor. (ii) Cost of MCB, New Junction boxes, clamps, flexible wire if fitted newly will be paid under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for load balacing at different control panels of street lights at different locations of HQ SWAC Chiloda by proper R,Y, B phase sequencing of the street light fittings so that the load in each phase will be equal and unbalace of load in any of the phase be sorted out the test report before and after balancing will be submitted by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down of old existing MS Clamp and Supply and fix new MS clamps of size 40mm x 5mm in cross sectional area and upto 500mm in length suitable for fixing the PVC Junction boxes to the street light poles and boundary walls as the case may be, including making necessary holes and nuts/ bolts required for fixing the junction box to the poles either steel tubular or PCC Pole or at the boundary wall for post top lights complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down of old GI Pipe of any size and Supply and fixing galvanished iron light grade pipe upto 25mm dia with all fittings on street light steel tubular Poles/ PCC Poles/ Walls for protection of cables hangig from the street lights to the junction boxes complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular pole (9/11 meter long above coping) and applying two coat of aluminium paint, making of strip of 20 cm width (sky blue and white in alternate band) upto 1400 mm height with one synthetic enamel paint, rewriting pole No by painter with enamel paint, and painting the existing MS clamp with one coat of aluminum paint complete all as specifeid and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of LT RCC pole (up to 6.10 metre height above coping) and applying two coat cement base paint, making of strip of 20 cm width (sky blue and white in alternate band) upto 1400mm height with one synthetic enamel paint, rewriting pole No by painter with enamel paint, and painting the existing MS clamp with one coat aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and paste fluorescent type reflective tape of superior quality width 450 mm (three strips, each 150mm wide and 609mm long of colour white, sky blue, white), paste on steel tubular pole on outer circumference including removing old tape complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writting of Pole Nos on existing pole with stencil out with white colour in sky blue colour background of 80mm height around the radius of pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs to timer switch, digital type 24 hours with 15 min and 30 min, 16/ 100 Amp contact rating 230 Volts, AC, 50 Hzs suitable for street lights complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Legrand Cat Part No. CX3 CT 230V 2NO 40 A or equivalent in Phillips/ Crompton as approved by GE.

S&F 3 pole power contactor type ML 3 AC 3 rating (100A) Aux Contactors 2NO+2NC compatible with digital timer of suitable capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Cat No SS90721 of L&T or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply only MCB double pole with neutral, 6 to 32 Amps, 250 Volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in existing PVC box including connecting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only MCB DB TPN, 32 to 100 Amps, 250 Volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in existing PVC box including connecting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair LED street light fitting of 90 Watt LED, IP-66, sealed optic luminaire with housing made of die cast aluminium with smooth finish powder coated for better environmental protection complete all as specified below and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (i) The fixture shall be designed so as to ave lumen maintenance of at least 70% at the end of 70000 hours. (ii) The luminaire should be operable with auto adjustable 120-240 volt supply using the same driver. Ambient temperature at LED should not be more that 70 degree centigrade. (iii) Power factor of the electronic driver should be at least 0.90 abd efficiency of the luminaire to be more than 85%. (iv) The fixture should be dark sky complaint. The fixture should use aluminium, MCPCB printed circuit boards for better thermal management.

(v) The luminaire should throw the perfect amount of uniform lught with exactly the desired intensity, and best pole spacing, along with better light control. (vi) The luminaire shall employ indivdual optical lens for the each of the LED's to ensure better uniformity of light distribution. (vii) The fixute should be vibration resistance, if the fixture is also to be used in vibration prone areas like flyovers/ bridges. (viii) Heat dissipation should be managed through a built in external heat sink. (ix) Colour rendering index of minimum 65 with color temprature of 4000K.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable MCCB from the cable, taking out from the panel board and supply and fix new MCCB triple pole with neutral, 63 Amps, 35 KA breaking capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing and repair of printronix brand straight running target type MTST2009 moving target machine including servicing of all components including TGM 301, TGM 302, BSR, Plug in relay, brush holder, limit switch, PCCU, LCU and all other associated services with the machine like railway track -18 mtrs in length complete all as specifeid and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
