TEESTA BARRAGE ROLLER MAINTENANCE

Maintenance of Load Roller assemblies of Teesta Barrage Main Gates ( By raising barrage gate to a suitable height and lowering to bottom after completion), dismantle / takingout all jammed Rollers and checking all its components (shaft, bearing, bearing cover, sleeve, sleeve ring, spacer, grub screw, hex nut, washer, oil seal etc), part by part and refitting of all spare sparts with adequate grease including replacement of damaged spare parts by departmental supply spare parts in roller system,refittiggs in correct alignment to ensure free rotation of Roller Assembly and ensure easy/smooth movement of all gates as per direction and satisfactory to EIC.

Supply & delivery of 32224 J2 bearing for Teesta Barrage main gates.( Company test certificate will have to be provided) SKF or equivalent.

Carriage of stop log unit for Teesta Barrage main gate from piers and placing the same in the stop log( Seven stop log segment) specified groove to the required height to stop the flow of water through the Teesta Barrage main gates and withdrawal of the stoplog unit ( Seven stop log segment) over the piers after completion of gate oriented work including supplying of manpower, machineries and making all safety measures to avoid any hazards and accident ( Departmental granty crane will be used free of cost excluding supply of necessary lubricant, HSD, and other necessary items for crance ) as per direction and satisfactory to EIC.

Cleaning of stucked wooden log from stop log's bottom groove by cutting its using power saw to suitable smaller size piece so that it can be eassily removed from grooves and transport it to down stream side using sufficient manpower, power saw, fuel of power saw, tools tackles,and making all safety measures to avoid any accident and hazard, as per direction and satisfactory to EIC. the cost include hiring charges of tools, palants, power cost, cost of fuel and manpower.
