Maintenance of Road (Leveling of Interlocking tile in different Pocket and P/L Mastic Flooring of Main Entry in Sector-34) Noida

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20 cm layers breaking clods. watering ,rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammer and rolling every third or top most layer with power or roller 8 tonne capacity and including 1.50 mtr. lift and all lead including cartage of earth by mechnical transportation and all T&P , labour etc. required for proper completion of work. (earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from out side of Noida )

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sum on plan) including dressing of sides and amming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.propping etc. and removal of form for :

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
