Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edge to at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete all as specified.

Bituminous pre-mixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 bitumen rolled with 8 to 12 Ton capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Automatic hot mixing plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of aggregate, bitumen etc for premix asphaltic semi dense concrete and mix for both items shall be laid with mechanical pavers. (ii) Quantity of bitumen in premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be used as per design mix and shall be approved by the GE. Any variation in quantity of bitumen in desigm mix shall be priced as specified in the particular specification through deviation order. Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of design mix.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, grass etc complete all as specified.

Applying evenly a priming coat of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5 Kg /10 Sqm over black top surfaces complete all as specified.

Hot applied thermoplastic road marking inclusive type I reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 of MORTH applied in uniform thickness of atleast 1.5 mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II @ 250 grams per sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC 35 with traffic diversion arrangements if required, as per MORTH specification clause 803.4 complete all as specified.

Solar studs 125x125x25 mm in red or amber colours made from aluminium alloy and PC construction solar powered by mono crystal solar panel, type of battery - one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery, view distance 1000 metres (approx), LEDs 010 mm, 3 piece each side and total six pieces used for high brightness of different colours, back up of 12 hours of continuous lighting at night, water proof and hardness tested, fixed on road including taking down the old one complete all as specified.

Dual direction 30 degree angle high intensity reflective cat eye double moulded of impact resistance ABS plastic stud 100x100 mm having ultra violet resistance colour (White/Red/Yellow) with plastic strip connecting 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour (white,red,yellow) to a side provided with steel zinc plated nails of dia 12 mm and length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering including taking down old one complete all as specified

Premixed bituminous macadam with paving bitumen (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.
