Engagement of Driver through Agency to drive Banga Bhawan Pool Cars under PWD on consolidated pay as and when required basis considering 8 (eight) hours duty per day, (1 driver x 365 Days ) under Banga Bhawan Sub-Division, PWD, at 3, Hailey Road, New Delhi for 1 year.

Attendant per head per day for 01 nos of semi skilled driver personals 1 nos per shift X 1shift per day X 365 days). [ This rate will be variable depending upon the Minimum wages stipulated by the Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi had last revised the minimum rate of weges in Schedule Employment under the minimum Wages 12(142)/02/MW/VII/3636 Dated 22.10.2019 ] 1X2X365=365 Nos. As per prevailing minimum wages vide circular noF.No. (142)/02/MW/VII/Part file /211-241 Dated : 15/04/2025 of Office of the Commissioner (LABOUR) GOVT OF DELHI (LABOUR DEPARTMENT) alongwith EPF & ESI contribution as applicable as per Govt. rule, this rate has been calculated and mentioned in the estimated rate column of this item. Intending bidders are not required to quote any rate against this item as the rate has already been provided in the column of "BASIC RATE" (Cell M14 of sheet 1 of BOQ). The rate so provided is binding to all intending bidders.

Service Charges including all other charges . No extra claim will be entertained and remains fixed throughout the contract period.
