Dismantling of 11/0.4KV transformer by way of: Disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T-oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV connections.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading, dragging and handling of transformer to workshop, in a load carrier auto, mini-van or similar approximately 70km on an average.

Providing & fitting of finished new aluminium wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs and providing & fitting of insulating material like HT paper, lathered, cotton tape, sleeves, varnishing of the coil and heating in the heating chamber per kg of winding (12 coils @ 04kg/coil approximately).

Complete assembling of 11/0.4 KV transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of transformer lid by way of fitting of nuts, bolts, gaskets, insulators etc. Refilling of T-oil in tank. Reconnecting HT/LT connection and testing.

Providing and filling of fresh high grade low viscosity transformer oil of power oil, Indian servo, HPCL make.

Providing and fitting of LT 12 mm brass metal part stem part with allied fittings of transformer bushings.

Providing and fitting of LV porcelain bushings of suitable rating.

Credit valve of old scrap as 80% of weight of coil as per actual measurement rate cannot be below estimate.

Providing and fitting of 200 A 415 V 3-pole MCCB with thermal magnetic release having 36KA breaking capacity. Make L&T D-sine or similar at Lift Irrigation Scheme Gangbugh 1st.

Dismantling of old damaged coupling set at site. Providing and fitting TC-17 coupling set complete for pumping unit along with flexible rubber tyre at Lift Irrigation Scheme Lassipora. Taking dimensions of prime mover shaft and pump shaft at site and then boring the CI coupling halves as per site requirement on lathe machine at workshop. Complete linear and angular alignment of prime mover and pump shafts for smooth operation including providing and fitting of coupling bolts. Testing pumping unit on full load at LIS Lassipora.
