Removing old unserviceable existing nylon Newer from the GI Charpoy & tighten the frame & legs of charpoy GI pipe & weaving of GI Charpoys with new nylon newer 50 to 55 mm wide of best quality, white/off white Colour, (Weight of nylon newer to be used should not be less than 1.50 kgs in each charpoy), all as shown on drg No FD - 220, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

Removing existing unserviceable broken Elbow from GI Charpoys and S & F new Elbow three way, 32 mm bore ISI Marked (Weight of Each Elbow shall not be less than 440 Grams) all as shown on drg No FD - 220 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

Removing existing unserviceable broken check nut and S&F GI check nut of heavy quality hexagonal in shape suitable for 32 mm bore GI Pipe, (Check nut shall not be less than 6 mm thick & 45 gms in weight) all as shown on drg No FD - 220 complete all as specified by Engineer in charge . and directed.

Removing damaged/unserviceable existing long rails and S&F new long rail of 32 mm bore GI "Medium grade" pipe all as shown on drg No FD - 220 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

Removing unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe, re-threading and re-fixing with the same Charpoy all as shown on drg No FD - 220 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

All as per item No.5 above, but short rails

All as per item No.5 above, but legs.

M&L for conversion of unserviceable long rails into Short rails and legs by cutting, threading etc., and fixing as a new short rails and legs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge . Note: Long rails will be obtained from item No.4 here in before.

S&F in repair MS toe made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet not less than 45 mm dia, welded with running welding at the bottom of each legs & painted one coat with black paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

S&F in repair suitable size MNF MS clamps with welded to legs all as shown on drg No FD - 220 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

BED PLYWOOD. Supply and fixing in renewal of 12 mm thick BWP plywood of existing size and shape shown on drawing No FD - 246 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

Supply and fixing in replacement of long rail made out of Ist class hard wood (Teak wood) of existing size and shape including polishing with Hi-gloss French polish including preparation of surface to match with the existing shown on drawing No FD - 246 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

REPAIRS TO GI CHARPOYS WITH PLYWOOD TOP Supply and fixing in renewal of 12 mm thick BWP ISI Mark plywood of existing size & shape shown on drawing No FD-220 of approved make, commercial both face of required size of charpoy GI pipe including drilling 10 NOs holes in each charpoy (06 NOs on both long rails and 04 Nos on both short rials) with required length of bolt and nut of 5mm dia duly tightened and cut washer at bottom side including providing of 3 Nos flat iron size 40 x 5mm welded to long rails to long rail at three places for supporting the plywood top complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

REPAIRS TO CHARPOYS IP WITH PLYWOOD TOP Supply and fixing in renewal of 12 mm thick 90cm x 210cm BWP ISI Marked of approved make plywood of existing size and shape, shown on drawing No FD/MAP-II/01 complete and unserciceable long and short rail rectangular pipe and replacing with new 25mm X 65mm mild steel rectangular pie (18 Gauge) complete all as specified shown on drawing and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

M&L in renewal for long rail of length 2.10M (Minimum) made of conduit of size 25mm x 65mm, 2mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing unserviceable plywood of seat and back foam and fabric/Rexine of chair revolving, supply and fixing pressed plywood in shape 12mm thick for seat & Back, Polyurethane foam 50mm thick for back and 75mm thick for seat duly covered with approved quality Fabric/Rexine with PVC lapping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge . Note: Seat and Back shall be fixed as per trade pattern

Removing unserviceable arms rest of chair revolving, Supply and fixing polyurethane arms rest with proper nut to much existing arms rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

Removing unserviceable lifting system of chair revolving.Repair the system by repair usable part i.e lever, washer, nut, Bush etc and makes the chair tighting in order complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

Removing unserviceable Pneumatic gear lift system of revolving chair.Supply and fixing Pneumatic gas lift system and making chair functional as per trade pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

Removing unserviceable pronged base leg from revolving chair and supply and fixing with new PP leg base as per existing pattern and all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

Removing unserviceable castor wheel of revolving chair supply and foxing castor wheel in revolving chair to suit wheels the chair revoving of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .
