Taking down old exising roof treatment (APP membrane and plaster) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including removing debris out site of MD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced) including removing existing roof treatmen and removing of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm gradedaggregate) as in padding layer on roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on existing concrete surfaces on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

M&L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of Atactic Polypropylene modified polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/sq.m, made out of 90 micron high density polyethylene film sand witched between two layers of polymeric (ATACTIC POLY PROPYLENT BASED) bitumen and finally laminated on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film laid over and including a priming coat of applied @ 0.3 litre/sq.m, with 100mm overlap of the membrane shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame and applying hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade, @1.20 kg/sq.m and the entire surface shall be painted with a coat of bituminious aluminium paint @100 ml/sq.m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Supplying only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. & hositing if required reconnecting & re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately) exc 250 & n exc 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing tanks of any description exc 250 ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing tanks of any description exc 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storatge tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rodd & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight of ball valve-210 grms) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storatge tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rodd & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight of ball valve-210 grms) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing & connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing & connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing & connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors etc.) of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing & connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors etc.) of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI Tubes "medium grade" with all fitting & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc. including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry/PCC block masonry/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surface on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint overf a coat of primer in camouflage patter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
