M&L for application of first coat of weather proof paint (anti fungal paint) ( Asian paint apex ultima protek or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac )on primed wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface and allowed to dry for at least 8 hrs/ overnight to receive second coat of weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of second coat of weather proof paint (anti fungal paint) ( Asian paint apex ultima protek or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac ) over first coat on wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for item No. 20to 23:- (i) The old surface shall prepared using mechanical ways I.e., jet-spray, grinding etc., in such a manner that there should not be any impression of dent, all cracks to be filled with crack filler, water proofing primer in shaft/dampness areas and it should be made even all as per manufacturers instruction before application of putty/base coat and emulsion paint. (ii). The work shall be got executed through authorised applicator of approved manufacturer. The MOU between contractor and paint manufacturer to this effect shall submitted prior to commencement of these items.
