RequiredThe contractor shall have valid GST registration & PAN Numbers on the firm or on individuals, on their name and the documentary evidence shall be furnished along with e-tender.
RequiredIncome tax Clearance Certificate: The contractor shall furnish a copy of latest income tax returns submitted along with the proof of receipt invariably.
RequiredThe contractor shall have valid Labour license issued by Labour department of TG and documentary evidence shall be furnished along with their e-tender.
RequiredShould be registered with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner having valid independent EPF Code Number is required and documentary evidence shall be furnished along with e-tender.
RequiredShould possess valid independent ESI code No. or G.I coverage as applicable and documentary evidence shall be furnished along with e-tender
RequiredThose who are SC/ST/Waddera Societies, individuals and MSME holders from Pinapaka Constituency, they are exempted to pay the EMD. Cast Certificate issued by the competent authority shall be furnished along with e-tender failing the e-tender will be liable for rejection
RequiredThe e-tender is exclusively for individual agencies in and around BTPS plant vendors in the Pinapaka/Bhadradri Kothagudem District constituency only
RequiredThe contractor/Firm shall be registered in Pinapaka Constituency and they are only eligible for participating in the e-tenders. Other than Pinapaka registered contractors/firms are not eligible to participate in the e-tenders. Documentary evidence in support of firm registration and address proof shall be furnished along with their e-tender failing their e-tender will be liable for rejection.
RequiredThe contractor must pay the EMD as prescribed in the tender notice failing which the tender will be liable for rejection.
RequiredThe electronically paid EMD details or DD details shall up load invariably along with requisite documents as prescribed in the tender notice failing which the tender will be rejected.
RequiredThe contractor shall furnish the address proof like Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Pass Port, Residence Certificate issued by the competent authority, Bank Pass book issued by the National banks or any other valid proofs approved/accepted by the Government of India/Telangana invariably failing their e-tender will be liable for rejection.
RequiredThe contractor must have minimum one year experience in similar nature of works and documentary evidences like PO copies shall upload invariably along with satisfactory service certificate from the concerned authorities not less than the rank of DE failing their e-tender is liable for rejection.
RequiredIf the contractor/firm received any notices during the year 2025-26 though the contractor/firm has uploaded their POs along with satisfactory performance certificate issued by the officer not less than the rank of SE/DE from other circles/divisions, the e-tenders is liable for rejection.
