Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Formwork to chullah hoods, cha jjas, troughs and similar items in cluding edges for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or secruing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 21 but 6mm to 8mm dia. Complete all as specified & directed.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and using steel conforming to Fe -410-W(Gde E-165 quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Mild steel angle, flat work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. conforming to Fe -290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Steel work in tubular trusses , purlins , posts etc using tubular / square hollow sections including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S-1161- 1979 or IS-4923-1968 grade St.-210 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) Fe-290 (Gde E165) cut to required size, forming holes to receive holding down bolts and welded to tubular/square hollow section tubes at both ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS round or square plain bars 10 mm dia as in tie rod cut to length bend to shape as required for fixing of chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Skid ceramic tiles colour 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 including brushing with neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic colur tiles (450x350 x 7mm thick) on dado & skirting , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering rough/even & fair finished in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tile complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 25mm thick area exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm as in floor ,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with mixture of grey and pigments 20 mm screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 incl dismantling existing existingh old unserviceable Chequered cement concrete tiles complete all as specified and directed.
