Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Construction of granular sub base (By Mix in Place Method at quarry) by providing Close graded material (Table 400-1) including conveyance, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader 110 HP, on prepared surface, mixing materials with Tractor-rotavator at OMC including cost of watering and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes capacity to achieve desired density etc., complete as per Technical specification vide clause No.401 of MORD/MORTH (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - do - for grading-I material ( CBR value = 30 (minimum) )

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregate confirming to Table 400-12 & Table 400-13) to Wet mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mixer, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with Vibratory roller 8-10 Tonnes weight to achieve desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc., as per Technical specification vide clause No.406 of MORTH (5th Revision) etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge during execution. - do - for thickness of more than 100 mm using vibratory roller

Machine mixed and vibrated design mix concrete M30 for pavement works for durability consideration with necessary reinforcement using 0.425 cu.m of 19mm to 22mm HBG crushed metal 0.425 cu.m of 12mm to 14mm IRC HBG crushed metal, 0.406 cu.m of sand of any approved quarry and cement 415 Kgs with water cement ratio of 0.38 (158 lit/cu.m of C.C) well compacted including centering with steel or wooden frames, preferably steel frames in straight position casting, curing cost and conveyance of all materials including centering charges, form work etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and binding wire, fabrication charges etc., complete as directed during execution and neat finishing of top surface and also providing expansion joints, construction joints wherever found necessary excluding cost of asphalt pad etc., complete. NOTE: if pavement concrete is laid in between the existing kerbs deduction may be made proportionately for centering charges of Rs.160.00/cum

Providing groove cutting in concrete pavements with a width of 5 mm to 10 mm and ¼ to 1/3 depth of slab (+) 5 mm or as stipulated in the drawings, including cost of cutting machine, generator & HOM of machinery, including cost of blade (diamond studed blades), coolant etc., including cleaning of groove & providing sand and hot bitumen fillers and filler metal etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead and lift charges and all other incidental charges as per drawing and as per specifications. The joint sealing compound shall be of hot poured bitumen type in accordance with Table.1 of IS 1834-1984 (Reaffirmed 2000) – “Specification for Hot Applied Sealing Compounds for Joints in Concrete”.

Conveyance of excavated surplus earth/debris to a distance 2 kms from the site of work at the place specified by the Engineer-in-Charge including loading and unloading etc., complete as directed during execution.

Providing dowel bars at horizontal expansion joints with 25mm dia plain MS rods at an equal distance specified in drawing(0.30 m) centre to centre including applying of grease to MS bars and inserting cotton in the cup of PVC Pipe including cost and conveyance of all materials including PVC pipes and fittings.

Supply of 25.40mm thick Mastic pad of size (2'0"x 4'0") of Mercury Bond or any other approved make confirming to IS 1838 including cost and conveyance etc. complete as directed during execution.

Road marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on cement concrete pavement surface. Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including with Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2 mm is exclusive of surface applied Glass Beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes as per the specification 803 of MORTH.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of specified grade (as per IS 1786 - 1979) of high yield strength deformed bars below 36mm Fe 500/ Fe 500 D for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered).

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator- Loader (JCB) (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum). 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs 2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, etc excluding cost of fixing in position.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel SS-304 grade tubes, sections, plates , sheets and pipes of all sizes and diameters etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using SS welding rods including buffing , polishing , lacquer finishing , to present seamless finishing etc., complete as directed during execution

Hire charges for core drilling machine, fuel charges and cfrew charges etc., as directed during execution of the work.
