Selection of Operator for Operation and Maintenance of MCD-CONCOR Pet Park at Jangpura under Jurisdiction of MCD on PPP Mode

The Bidder is required to pay to the MCD the Monthly Licensing Fee (MLF) payable from the day of Commercial Operation Date of the Project to the MCD. The Monthly License Fee is payable in advance for minimum one quarter (3 months) and so on. The expected Commercial area to be handed over will be 500 Sq. Ft. for which MLF is to be paid on actual basis by the successful bidder. Rates being invited on per sq. ft area and total value of contract will be calculated for whole contract period as per terms and conditions of the tender. Quote the numerical value in percentage over and above the Monthly Licensing Fee (MLF). The percentage quoted by the bidder will be added to Monthly Licensing Fee (MLF)The Monthly Licensing fee MLF amount will be subjected to an inflation adjustment factor of 5% after every two years for the concession period (5 years) (i.e., on 3rd, 5th year of the concession period).
