Installation, commissioning and testing of Feeder Pillar – making of brick masonry plinth suitable for fixing of feeder pillar 0.6 mtr above the ground level and 0.6 mtr below the ground level and fixing of feeder pillar on plinth by using stain less steel bolts and nuts, etc. complete. Work also includes fixing and wiring of cables by supplying of SS Glands by metal lugs and fixing by SS bolts and nuts at new panel and at Incomer panel.

Supplying, fixing and wiring earth electrode for grounding conduits, IC cut-outs and other equipment’s on the meter board using 40mm dia, 2.90mm thick GI pipe 2.5 mtr long with GI funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a cc chamber of 400 x 400 x 400mm with a cast iron cover the earth electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia. and the electrode should be covered 150mm all round with alternate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the CC chamber.

Fabrication, supplying and erection of 8 mtr long hot dip Galvanized Octagonal hot dip pole with BSEN 10025 grade S355 JO steel plate for shaft, IS2062 for base plate with door arrangements, including suitable boards, Bakelite sheet, 100A, 5 Way heavy bakelite terminals and 2 nos. 6A DP MCB’s as per IS specifications suitable to withstand the maximum wind speed of 47 m/s for 8m pole in single section and single joint welded as per IS 9595/IS10178AWS having dimensions bottom 135mm, top 70mm with 3mm thick, suitable base plate and 4 nos. of Ø24x750mm long J bolts along with template and the pole shall be hot dip galvanized in single dipping with not less than 65micron as per ASTM-A123 and 153 etc./BS EN ISO 1461 (As per Technical Specifications)

Supplying and fixing of hot dip Galvanized MS bracket suitable for outdoor luminaries and mounted on Octagonal pole using necessary bolts, nuts etc complete. a) Single Arm bracket with 1500 mm standard 40mm dia. (As per Technical Specifications)

Supplying, fixing and wiring of 90W LED street light fittings having 12000 system lumens output and wiring with 3Cx2.5 sq.mm flexible copper wire and complete. (As per Technical Specifications)

Supplying, fixing and wiring of 100W LED Flood light fittings having 13000 system lumens output and wiring with 3Cx2.5 sq.mm flexible copper wire and complete. (As per Technical Specifications)
