SH-I: Operation and Maintenance

Job contract for operation & maintenance of GLF Power House & associated Panels & all GLF system comprising Cat-I & Cat-II lighting System, runway edge, taxiways, isolation bay edge lighting, apron edge lighting, PAPI system , CCR panels and apron high mast lighting, electrical installation of ILS, DVOR, GP other buildings like ATC Building, Fire Station, MT section, perimeter lighting and other area lighting of operational area which involves repair, carrying out preventive maintenance,break down and corrective maintenance and attending to complaint/fault/breakdowns and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the system, round the clock on all days i/c sundays, holidays etc. at SV Airport,Raipur with min. Man power as per the special conditions of contract , detailed scope of work, and AAI requirement on all days including sundays and holidays etc. complete as required.

Hiring of 1 no of Man power for Multi tasking staff /Computer operator (Highly Skilled) as per the special conditions of contract, detailed scope of work and Site requirement.

Repaire of faulty RCL & TDZ, LED type inset Light Fixture of ADB safegate make through OEM or its authorized dealer complete as per site requirement.

SH-II: DSR Electrical -2025

Percentage above or below on the rates of Electrical DSR-2025 (CPWD) items worth totalling to Rs. 100000 for execution of misc. items on requirement basis. The Rates quoted shall be without GST.(Note: the firm has to quote/upload the percentage above/below(+/-)% on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form multiplying factor in the rate column, as clarified below. For example: if desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05).
